The outlet was spacious with space dedicated to gentlemen, Ladies and kids offering different styles of clothing.
I was surprised to see the H and M application or account from outside the United States not working at the cashier section.
The front desk staff was really helpful in helping in billing my shopping.
I definitely loved the H and M shopping experience like I always used to.

I accidentally left my phone and let them know where it was. They were very rude about it. They said it would take a while but didn’t tell us if they found it. Finally the manager came up and not a word opened the gate (closing time) and gave me the worst look along with my phone , I said thank you and still not a word just a mean face.

There is not a great amount to choose from, unlike Great Britain. Maybe because I live in College Station, Texas.

H&M is the best store I've been to right now! It has amazing shoe options, and tons of clothing options aswell! Definitely recommend going to H&M

Great clothes with decent prices. Not very expensive. Some of the clothes are worth the price and there have been some hit or misses that I've seen that they should have left on the assembly line. Customer service is good.

Renae who works at the register is so unpleasant, and that is putting it nicely. I've come in twice and encountered her both times, both times she was extremely cold and rude for no reason. I get it, you work in retail and probably hate your life. Ive been there. But that doesn't mean you need to make others miserable with you.

Have shopped here before with good results, but this time... I bought a gift for my son for Christmas, which was a screen printed hoodie. I washed it once and the screen printing started to peel off after washing and drying according to the tag directions. I took it back with the tag and receipt and the manager refused to accept it because it had been washed once. It doesn't say much about the quality of clothing if they can't even guarantee it will last through one washing, but then I suppose you get what you pay for it, and H&M is cheap clothes.
