“Just had the wife run in and get some paints for me... unfortunately, the person who answered the phone , earlier in the day didn't tell me they only had Army Painter speed paints and none of the regular line. Oh well. Live and learn. I gave 5 stars because it's a game store and game stores rock.”
“Rowan always provides exceptional customer service and is very attentive when I come into the store. Makes the PSA submission process seamless and easy in comparison to other locations.”
“I am a frequent Michael’s customer. I would like to recognize the exceptional service I receive when I shop at the Michael’s in College Station, specifically from Vallery and Dominica. Every time I’ve needed assistance, they have been knowledgeable, friendly and helped me quickly resolve my issue. I am treated like a valued customer and they greet me when I enter the store and thank me when I leave. They are one of the reasons that I enjoy shopping at Michael’s. They should be commended for their outstanding service!”

The employees are helpful, kind, and do their best to get all the happy shopper checkout. Some days the lines can be long, but it is a testament to the amount t of happy customers ready to check out. This location is always clean and well organized.”
