“Dropped in to order some replacement windows & Travis helped me. Very personable guy & “steered” me straight w/ my window purchase. He enlightened me of a new company called MI windows over their normal PlyGem.
He said they are of better quality, faster turn around & less warranty hassles !!
So I chose to go w/ them. Travis’ customer service skills were on point & greatly appreciated him!!
