Came in for a nose ring emergency and the guy that was working around noon on 11/16/2024 was extremely helpful. He offered his name and I unfortunately forgot it but he deserves recognition for his customer service. I think he Had a beard and gauges.

Amazing store. Staff is phenomenal and extremely friendly. If you have an interest in Gundam be sure to tell Jordin. Ola is phenomenal as well. An amazing enviroment to be in, phenomenal stock that is always changing! Hot topic may have changed over the years but it's quite literally in the name "HOT Topic". What's HOT nowadays isn't always what was hot x years ago.
