Have rented a space here since 2019. I am selling my rv and wanted to cancel my space on the 5th of the month. It had just been paid for the month of August and I expected they would pro-rate and issue a refund. They refused. I will check regularly to make sure nothing is in my space till the end of August.

Almost doubled my rent for an uncovered space, from 48 dollars a month to more than 90 dollars a month for the same uncovered space in 1 and 5 months. It’s not even on concrete, it’s on caliche as it was before. Not worth the expense.
