Guy that took my fingerprints was very efficient and nice! Expect for the process to involve the employee to have to hold your hands and apply pressure to make sure the fingerprints are taken, but everything was done very professionally and I was in and out in about 5 minutes

Location is inside of another business. While the staff performs their duties to an adequate level, their professionalism and customer service skills could use improvement.
