They have a quick order fulfillment time for online orders. I'll place the order, drive from the office to ISP-S (45-60 min), & load up. They also respond to email quickly, most of the time within 30 min, at least when I request a Mikrotik license upgrades & probably for whatever you email them about as well.

They have the stuff. But i guess since covid, they just have order fillers. Tech questions that had experts available before went unanswered. Miss the old days.

Great product selection and their staff are great to work with. I make a 2.5 hour drive south because no one else has the range of installation supplies, outdoor networking gear, or commercial networking gear on the shelf.

PLEASE READ! Our company has tried to work with these people multiple times at ISP Supplies but they have almost no customer service skills what so ever! The customer service personnel are very rude and lack people skills entirely. The only benefit is the layout of their website and live in stock quantities but that’s a plus to the web developer not anyone else!Back in the summer we tried to order Cambium 3Ghz gear under the promo deal but could not get a call or email back from any of the sales personnel. When we got one of them on the phone they would lie saying someone tried reaching out. It was in fact a lie because we had no inbox or spam emails, no missed calls or voice mails! We were literally trying to purchase $20,000-$30,000 worth of hardware and couldn’t get them to respond. Think about that!We went to Double Radius which isn’t a lot better but at least they responded. Double radius had to get Cambium to release the promo deal offer that ISP Supplies summited in our company name. Might I add we never selected any hardware just talked about the options nor did we commit to purchasing from them yet they summited our info to Cambium without us knowing!Now recently we purchased some RF elements 40 degree antennas which we received with cracks at all the screws. Obviously a manufacturing defect because the screws were over tightened. I called customer service and was rudely told to email RMA at ISP supplies dot com. So we did days ago and we still have no response from anyone! You would think they would care if all their stock in their warehouse is damaged but I guess not!I would advise everyone to keep your orders far away from this place! Their website may look great but I will assure you everything is down hill from there! It’s almost as if you are dealing with China. That’s how poorly they treat customers! Others should come forward too so we can help WISP just like us from this huge hassle! Go to Baltic Networks!

garbage company they will confirm they have the equipment you are looking for then take your money for it and when you show up to pick it up they won't have it. Don't do business with this lazy company.

I ordered 100k worth of equipment and they never delivered the licenses that was supposed to accompany the order. Then when we asked for them, it took over a week for them to deliver the licenses. This little oversight cost me a lot of time and money to go back and reconfigure 3 towers worth of equipment and tell customers we didn't have our equipment fully configured.There are plenty of other suppliers, choose a different one.
