Can't thank them enough! Very kind man installed my SKAR Subwoofer (Dual 10" 2400w). He did it in 3 hours, did a Fantastic job with the wiring and hiding everything! 10/10 job well done! Price was extremely fair as well!

These guys suck. Jack is a complete A&&hole and doesn't care about his customers. I'll never go back here. They lied to me and did TERRIBLE work. Box's and parts are so overpriced. Very unprofessional. Whatever you do don't even walk into this place, you will be just throwing your money away. I got nothing good out of these people. I wish I couldn't even give them 1 star. I hate leaving a bad review for any company. I would much rather go out of my way to leave a positive review than negative, but my experience with Jack's Mobile Electronics was far from satisfactory. My radio went out a while back and I bought a brand new aftermarket one that was installed by Ag Solar Guard in Bryan (phenomenal service by the way). Unfortunately, the new one ended up going out again and they went above and beyond to try and fix the issue, but after the 3rd attempt I was told to take it to the dealership. I wanted to avoid the insane prices of the dealership so I decided to call around and see what my other options might be in the BCS area. Jack's Mobile had a rating close to 4.5 so I immediately thought they would be worth the shot. I called and spoke to a representative about my issue and he was very hesitant and said "Well I mean you can bring it in to us, but if Dwayne over at Ag Solar Guard can't fix it, I'm not sure what else we could possibly do. - He's a really good technician." He reiterated that I could still bring it in, so I did later that afternoon. When I get there, a different representative asked me to explain the issue to him and he flat out said "So what do you expect us to do?" I told him that the guy I spoke with earlier said I could still at least bring it in for them to try. He was clearly frustrated and asked the other representative why he would tell me I could bring my car in. They told me that they trust Dwayne's advice from Ag Solar Guard to take it to the dealership and they refused to look at my vehicle. I left extremely disappointed but decided to keep looking elsewhere.I then found Creative Audio Concepts in Bryan. Let me just say I was BEYOND satisfied with my service. They were willing to look at my car after explaining what I was told by Ag Solar Guard and while it took 2 attempts to fix my radio, it's been working great for the past weeks! The best part is that I only spent $100 and successfully avoided the dealership. The moral of the story is that Jack's Mobile does not believe in going the extra mile, but would rather turn away a customer if the issue seems too big without even looking into themselves. I would strongly recommend heading over to Creative Audio Concepts as they are genuine, down to earth, extremely affordable, and care about their customers.To everyone who left a positive review, I'm so glad you had an awesome experience! I truly wish I could say the same :)

I came in after my radio seemed to have been fried after it was jump started. I spoke to Mike Dainty and he explained that it could just need a fuse replaced. It turned out to be the fuse and I was ecstatic that I wasn't looking at a large investment in another radio. I really appreciate honest business people. Thanks Mike!

I’m giving them a 1 because I scheduled an appointment last Saturday and I came in this Saturday only to find the man saying that he didn’t have the radio I wanted and then he wanted me to go to Best Buy!! Lol it is so unprofessional to do that especially if you a whole week. 0 out of 10 wouldn’t recommend ✌?

The Killeen location screwed me over and didn’t even try installing the tweeters. Cut the wires off of my tweeters as a source for wire rather than using their own wire. There is no sense of technical expertise, professionalism, and the installer is a parts changer. Had a crappy attitude and took 4 hours to do 4 speakers. Worst experience ever! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I went here to add a little bass to my truck. I didn't want anything extravagant and I didn't want to lose storage space. The staff here recommended a JBL Bass Pro SL 2. They got the part in stock quickly and installed it quickly too. The installation looks really clean and the sub sounds great.
