I have used these cleaners a few times for dress shirts, slacks, and sport coats. I have always had great customer service at the door and text messages on day of pick up. 4/5 stars because it's pretty pricey compared to prices in Houston, but I'm sure they charge for lack of quality competition. I have also never had issues with damages after using these cleaners for my past 3 years of college. Only other comment is the turn around time is pretty slow, right around 4-5 business days but they have never been late on a quoted time. I imagine if I gave them a deadline, that they would meet it to retain my business.

It is definitely nice to get them picked up and delivered to campus, but it takes forever to get them back and oftentimes they aren't clean. My roommates bravo tops were used as a "clipboard" and returned covered in pen marks. I've had bravos returned to me multiple times with either the same stain still present or sometimes even new stains. Overall it hasn't been the most pleasant experience and if you can find another service I'd recommend it.Services: Delivery

worst dry cleaning place ever. if you want your clothes ripped and shrunk, this is to place for you! front desk person was beyond rude, did not provide good customer service. talked down onto me, and belittled me over a simple question about starching my jeans. Do not park here, they will tow you within seconds. Predatory behavior. They are also notorious for breaking buttons on dress shirts with their dry-cleaning.
