I bought a necklace gift for my wife and before making purchase I asked the cashier if it can be returned or exchange they said yes. Later when we went to return it they gave us gift card for in-store purchase. I told them I bought it thinking this could be returned and they never mentioned in-store purchase. They said its written on the receipt, which is stupid because if I knew this earlier I wouldn't have risked buying it. I would've scraped the surprise idea and brought my wife to chose one for herself. Basically I was tricked into giving up my freedom to explore other stores.

Just went in with the intention of buying earrings, but left empty handed. It was very disappointing that the sales staff didn’t even welcome me in. The only thing they said was “thank you” as I was leaving. They were busy with another group, but one of them could’ve at least stepped aside to ask if I needed anything. They even offered the other group drinks, but acted like I wasn’t there. Extremely dissapointed.

I bought some Demi-fine stud earrings. Right at a year later the back broke off. I went in the store to replace it. They said because I was a few days over a year, I couldn’t replace them. I think the jewelry is cute. But it’s over priced costume jewelry, to be honest. I never sleep or shower or work out in my earrings. These stud earrings didn’t hold up. $100 overpriced costume jewelry stud earrings.

I really enjoy visiting this store. They are also so helpful and kind. When I have to go to the store instead of ordering online I do not mind because I know they will always provide great customer service. While everyone is great there Ms. Camille provided the best customer service I have ever received from a retailer. Kendra Scott is extremely lucky to have her working for the company.

I went into Kendra Scott to find a maid of honor gift and look for my wedding jewelry, I was able to find the perfect necklace but sadly they were out of stock of the earrings I wanted. One of the employees Abbie would not let me leave the store until she tracked them down at another store and got them shipped to me! She even gave me the in-store discount. She was so sweet and helpful and I can’t wait to wear my jewelry!

Customer service is god awful. I came in to buy my mom’s Christmas gift, I had to call someone over to me to get help. The lady went to go get samples and completely forgot to bring them out to me. She finally came back with them and she rung me up, asked me when my birthday was, wished me a happy birthday, and proceeded to make me pay full price for an $70 bracelet. I called a few days ago to have it resolved and see if I can get refunded half and the lady on the phone was so monotone and sounded as if she was bothered by a mistake they had made. If you want bottom tier service from a high quality brand then by all means, shop here.

All staff members were very friendly and beyond helpful! I want to give a special shout-out to Andrea though! I encountered a few setbacks with my purchase, and she made everything right as well as explained everything she was doing! Every location needs a staff like this!

Same experience recently as others. We were in the store for 15 minutes not a single sales associate acknowledged us and none helped with the purchase I wanted to make. One associate was walking around and she wasn’t with any other customers yet we were completely ignored. Eventually we just left which is disappointing because I am a loyal customer of Kendra Scott.

Went in all the gals working there where super kind despite my slightly bedraggled appearance. All three of the gals greeted me and helped me find what needed.They were super sweet! Even though I came kinda close to the closing they helped me find till the end. This store is soo aesthetic,cute jewelry everywhere and the store was spotless.

Friendly but not helpful. Came in to replace a ring that wasn't even a year old and had completely tarnished (even the jewel). Gave me every excuse in the book as to why they couldn't replace it. The ring is $100 and sterling silver but yet did not fall under their "fine jewelry warranty policy"

I truly avoid going to this location because the customer service is just awful. You get ignore for several minutes and then when you finally get someone’s attention they look at you up and down and have the worst attitude ever. Hate to say it but it does feel very discriminatory and judgmental. I love the brand but I do not enjoy shopping at this location at all.
