I went into Kendra Scott to find a maid of honor gift and look for my wedding jewelry, I was able to find the perfect necklace but sadly they were out of stock of the earrings I wanted. One of the employees Abbie would not let me leave the store until she tracked them down at another store and got them shipped to me! She even gave me the in-store discount. She was so sweet and helpful and I can’t wait to wear my jewelry!

Customer service is god awful. I came in to buy my mom’s Christmas gift, I had to call someone over to me to get help. The lady went to go get samples and completely forgot to bring them out to me. She finally came back with them and she rung me up, asked me when my birthday was, wished me a happy birthday, and proceeded to make me pay full price for an $70 bracelet. I called a few days ago to have it resolved and see if I can get refunded half and the lady on the phone was so monotone and sounded as if she was bothered by a mistake they had made. If you want bottom tier service from a high quality brand then by all means, shop here.

All staff members were very friendly and beyond helpful! I want to give a special shout-out to Andrea though! I encountered a few setbacks with my purchase, and she made everything right as well as explained everything she was doing! Every location needs a staff like this!

Same experience recently as others. We were in the store for 15 minutes not a single sales associate acknowledged us and none helped with the purchase I wanted to make. One associate was walking around and she wasn’t with any other customers yet we were completely ignored. Eventually we just left which is disappointing because I am a loyal customer of Kendra Scott.

Went in all the gals working there where super kind despite my slightly bedraggled appearance. All three of the gals greeted me and helped me find what needed.They were super sweet! Even though I came kinda close to the closing they helped me find till the end. This store is soo aesthetic,cute jewelry everywhere and the store was spotless.

Friendly but not helpful. Came in to replace a ring that wasn't even a year old and had completely tarnished (even the jewel). Gave me every excuse in the book as to why they couldn't replace it. The ring is $100 and sterling silver but yet did not fall under their "fine jewelry warranty policy"

I truly avoid going to this location because the customer service is just awful. You get ignore for several minutes and then when you finally get someone’s attention they look at you up and down and have the worst attitude ever. Hate to say it but it does feel very discriminatory and judgmental. I love the brand but I do not enjoy shopping at this location at all.

I'm a Kendra Scott fanatic! I went there as I always do for my half price piece of jewelry on my birthday! The staff was welcoming even though they were busy. They helped me pick the best pair of earrings for me with lots of patience!

I have several pieces of jewelry from kendra Scott....love it,one of my chains had broke,I sent my mother in law with the chain to replace it, was told it was back ordered and didn't have an expected date it would be back, so I went back up there the following week for the first time, I walk in and was ignored by staff, I patiently wait to speak to someone, the chain was back in stock, they were able to polish a couple of my pieces, I really came to shop as well but couldn't figure out which jewelry was real, no one asked me if I needed help after the replacement of my necklace and cleaning, I ended up leaving due to no assistance.

2 TIMES I have received horrible customer service at this location! I don’t know if I’m being discriminated on the color of my skin or the way I dress but I have plenty of money to shop here. The most recent experience I had to go find a worker and asked if they had a bracelet in silver. After checking, she told me no and when I asked if silver was available online, she stated they probably wouldn’t restock and walked away. I did get the bracelet in silver online. However, I felt like she could’ve checked for me or just said yes. I’ve gotten great customer service at other locations. I guess I’ll be shopping out of town or online from now on.

While the store is cute & seemed to have some great pieces, the workers in this location made it hard to want to buy anything. There were a handful out in the store, but only one girl was actually actively helping customers and being friendly. She was wearing a colorful sweater & had a bubble ponytail in her hair if you'd like to give her a raise! However, the rest were standing around looking annoyed if you tried to approach them to ask for help. We were never greeted when we walked in or even approached to see if we needed help. Also overhead them talking about the customers when they did try to ask for help.

I visited the Kendra Scott store in College Station today and did not enjoy my experience. The customer service is lacking and as a business owner the employees should be retrained in this department! We walked in and were NEVER acknowledged nor asked if we needed help after a full 15 minutes of being ignored we walked out. Employees walked right by us and turned the other way, we felt judged. Thank you, for sending us on to James Avery where the customer service was OUTSTANDING. Needless to say we won’t be coming back.
