Picked up my curbside order, I was missing items, given incorrect items and our bagger put heavy items on top of our chips, crushing them. I returned to pickup correct items, and was still missing items once again. I proceed to talk to Jonathan again about the second mess up, then waiting 25 minutes while watching him load at least 4 other cars. Finally told him if I was able to go in and grab the one item I’m missing, and he said “let me just load up one more car” goes inside the building and proceeded to handle other cars in the pickup area before correcting my order.

Kid at the register said I could enter my phone # as my card was in my car. I did. The credit card screen said it wasn't added. Kid said it was.
I get home to find my salmon $8.89 missing.
Contact online help. They looked under my phone # and then I looked up my account # online. Neither show any transactions today. On looking closer at the receipt, only the buy 6 wines show a discount. Not the salmon etc.
Due to the missing account # option the online help could give was to drive back to the store. Can't see me ever going back....

Will at curbside pick up is so awesome! He is quick and nice! Today I ordered bagels and they didn't have them until an hour later and he was willing to go back in and grab them for me so I didn't have to go inside later to shop! Curbside has been a life changer for my anxiety! Thanks Will and Kroger!

Starbucks visit was terrible.
Ignored part of my order for 15minutes, while my cold drink sat. Spent $11 on a coffee that the used wrong blend and also burnt.
No line up or online orders back up. Just busy gossiping. Never again

I am writing this review to express my disappointment with the customer service experience my wife and I had at Kroger in College Station.
We visited the store just after 8 pm today, July 20th 2024
when the seafood counter closes. Despite arriving right after closing time, the seafood was still on display, and the employee behind the counter was just beginning to put away the meats.
I politely waited for the young man behind the counter to come over and then asked if I could get a crab from the selection. Despite the seafood being right in front of us and the counter just having closed, he absolutely refused to accommodate my request. This was particularly upsetting as I needed the crab for my pregnant wife, who had a specific craving.
The employee's refusal to help, despite the minimal effort it would have taken to assist me, left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. The level of customer service provided was far below my expectations. If this had been HEB, I am confident that I would have received the assistance I needed without any hassle.
To add to my frustration, I did not see any managers around to address my concerns at the moment. This incident has made me regret choosing Kroger over HEB and has significantly impacted my view of Kroger's customer service standards.
I sincerely hope that this employee receives proper training on customer service to prevent such disappointing experiences for other customers in the future.

Their produce is expensive. You are forced to buy organic in certain ones. Kroger has gotten full of itself. They took away the senior discount on Kroger products.
Go to HEB!

Always good meat choices. Remember to check out the marked down meat in the cooler end nearest the meat counter. These are packages near the purchase by dates. Still good but not the choice of the more affluent customers.
