My mother and father recently purchased zero turn mower from this location. To be fair, it was delivered from the Lender location, but this location has responsibility as they made the sale. It finally got delivered today. It’s filthy, the blades are rusted, the battery is dead, and the battery cables are rusted. This is what $4,000 gets you at Lowe’s.

We made a purchase on April 30th for a lawn mower online that we never received. I have had to ask for a refund twice. Apparently the second person I talked to stated the refund was never initiated before and then started the process for the refund; however, I still do not see any refund and it has been 2 weeks since the order has been made.

They made a big deal a while back about getting rid of normal registers and putting in self checkout. Put in 8 self checkout, but I've never seen the other 4 open. Love a 20-person deep line when there are 4 other registers not being used. And let's face it, the level of dumbassery amongst the general public is quite high, so it's not like the self checkout speeds things along.

Has any home improvement thing you need. Plenty of handicapped parking. Customer service is great. Employees are available to answer questions and lead you in the right direction for what you need. Employees are very helpful they will take you to where you need to find what you're looking for.

Always top notch customer service. I love the garden center. I always find the plants I'm looking for. I love my lavender plant and my mil loves her roses. I've gotten too many to name but they are all thriving and making our yard took great.

I went to Lowe’s yesterday and I was very pleased with my experience. A couple of times I’ve gone for some electrical help and no one knew much about electrical stuff. When I went this time I was helped by a gentleman that told me exactly what I needed and took the time to show me some other items I needed, as well. I had to return an item to exchange it and the lady at the return desk was very kind and helpful. I’ve always liked Lowe’s, as opposed to their competitor, 😜. Thank you for a good experience. I’ve bought many things from Lowe’s and will continue to do so.

Do not buy anything from Lowe’s. We bought a microwave on Saturday to be delivered. It was delivered on Tuesday, March 18, 2025 and we had an appointment set with our electrician to install it on Friday, March 21, 2025. When the electrician opened the box the microwave had been damaged by the straps used to secure it during shipping. I called Lowe’s and they said because it’s been more than 48 hours they can’t help me. How disappointing. I will never ever buy anything from Lowe’s and I encourage you to do the same. They have lost way more money for future purchases than the $200 I spent on the microwave.
To address the response received from Lowe’s stating to contact customer service, that is not a response that is productive. I called that number twice and both times the representative refused to let me speak with a manager, even though I explained to her that I’m not returning the microwave because I don’t want it , I’m wanting to exchange it because it’s damaged. To only have 48 hours from receipt of an item that was delivered is ridiculous, and let me say it was a large item that I was not able to unbox myself, so to not be able to report damage within that time period is totally understandable. As I stated before I received the item via delivery on Tuesday 03/18/2025, I had an electrician scheduled for Friday 03/21/2025 and the Electrician noticed the damage. Again, as I stated the $200 that I paid for that microwave is a drop in the bucket to what my future purchases would’ve been at your store. I will no longer shop at your store and I hope other people will do the same.

I use this store exclusively. Pleased with everything EXCEPT parking. The majority of the time I visit, I have a trailer. Most contractors do use a trailer. Please consider making trailer parking available for those off that have to haul our materials in that manor. Thank you
