If I could give this store a less than one star I would. They are basically thieves. I took my husband and son in just before Christmas to get each of them a new pair of boots. They had my son's size so he was able to take his that day. My husband's had to be ordered, but were a stocked item so we were told they should be in in a few weeks. When the boots came in, they had this God-awful spur ledge that looked ridiculous and were not what we ordered so they took them back. The store is now refusing to refund my money or reorder us the pair of boots we originally paid for without the stupid spur ledge that sticks out the back. Pure theft of my $1000!!!!! Do not go to this store.

Love Lucchese boots. Difficult to rate this store as unable to find a place to park. Only parking near the store is valet as all parking is paid parking. Option is to go to parking garage but couldn't tell ke how to get to it

The customer service in this store is terrible. Went in today and 6 people behind the counter. Not one said welcome. Walked the store and was never asked if I needed help. Walked out and said sarcastically thanks for your help, manager said you’re welcome. No idea I was sarcastic. This was not the first time either. This has happened on several occasions. Wife hates going here. Talking to other store employees around this store they said it’s always like this. I’d give them a zero if I could.

I had an excellent experience with Emily over the holidays. I called to order a shirt that was sold out online. Emily shipped it right away and exchanged it for me when I needed a different size. She was lovely to work with and very responsive. I love my new shirt!

Went in with my mom to size a pair of boots that’s she’s gifting me as a graduation gift. The young gentleman that helped us throughout the experience was great, however, when I went to ask another employee (an older brunette woman) a question about sizing, she glared at me as if I was an inconvenience and then snapped at me with a sharp “no” when asking about a wider foot for the boot I was looking at. Because of this interaction, we will be taking our business online. If you can’t treat customers respectfully, get a new job.

Boots look like good quality, and I was interested in getting some for a Christmas gift, but the attitude of the people working in the store was really repelling. They came off as better than me and were uncaring about their customer service. I went online.

If you are thinking about customizing a pair of boots, stop right here in College Station, Texas! David Pieterse, store manager and amazing boot designer, is your man. He not only loves helping you design the perfect boot, he also draws your inspiration before your very eyes! He listens carefully to your wishes and makes them come true! I gifted my son a pair of boots. David listened to every detail my son wanted on his new boots! David even perfected the design to look better than what was communicated! You don’t have to go to Houston to have a special pair of boots made. Just step into the Lucchese location in Century Square and ask for David Pieterse. He will take superior care of you. He will treat you with respect, professionalism, sensational talent and supreme care! What an exceptional experience my son and I had with David! He loves what he does and treats his clients with superior care! It will definitely be worth the wait to see this drawing come to life in a beautiful pair of Lucchese boots!

I can't rate on the quality of boots since the service I received was so horrible I decided not to make a purchase. I was not greeted at all, all the employees were either talking to eachother and completely ignoring customers, or they were on the computer looking up basketball stats. If you want to feel like Julia Roberts when she gets ignored in the movie Pretty Woman this is the place for you!

We’ve shopped at this location a handful of times now and recently I called to purchase a few birthday gifts. The young man who helped me was so patient, sourced multiple items and had them shipped from different locations, on different cards (the element of surprise is crucial, ha)Thanks for yalls help!

I called today to check about my boots that were sent in for repair. The woman I had spoke to on the phone was very rude. When I told her what the manager had told me she proceeded to tell me he doesn’t know what he’s talking about. He’s no longer works here! This is not the service you would expect when you’re buying a pair of boots cost 800+ dollars!

The major problem with this store is the lack of qualified staff that do not understand luxury. If the direction comes from the top then this company and thus senior management has a lot to learn. They would like to be known as the most luxurious of all cowboy boots. This may have been the case 30 years ago, but this company today is riding on the reputation it earned over 140 years ago. For the price, you will get a quality boot. But the customer service is sub-par. Be sure to inspect your boots for imperfections. I'm pretty sure Mercedes Benz cuts their leather seats properly. - Sean
