Putting aside the entire company’s decision to change their warranty and service to repair their products, there are still small alterations you can request in store. However, save yourself the time and gas and make sure you call to see if they want to offer those services that day (and even then you might get one answer on the phone and another in the store).
Either way, the corporate office needs to do an audit of the training of leadership at this location on communication and getting all associates on the same page. Being told different things by 3 different associates on the same topic and requiring multiple days to visit the store and still not getting the service that is being sought is ridiculous and counterproductive to the brand image.

Not sure what Dustin Peterson is talking about in his review. I have had nothing but great experiences at this lululemon location. Dustin is clearly not very happy with his home life that he feels he can get upset about a store not opening early to satisfy his needs. Their store hours are on the website and can easily be found.
P.S. I have heard that Turkey does a great job with hair transplants, Dustin.

Bought two shirts here and they did not remove the security sensors before we left. Went back the next morning at 940am and there were 4 workers in the store. Would not remove the tags until the store opened at 10am and had us stand outside and wait. To remove two tags THEY left on the night before. Insane. Such a terrible level of customer service. I can’t actually fathom that there was not one intelligent person among the four of them that said “I’m so sorry. We’ll get those off now.” Horrible.

I love Lululemon -- this location typically has to order some items but has a wide variety always on sale. LOVE the employees!
I noticed some reviewer were upset about paying to park -- the parking garage is completely free and you do not have to walk far at all :)

Everyone welcomed my daughters and myself as we walked in, asked us if we needed a dressing room, and helped us get the size we needed. Super nice and friendly!

Everyone is super friendly and super helpful even though I looked like I just woke up also, wasn't have the best skin day either.? I got a cute pink define jacket a little on the pricey side but Lululemons js quality brand over quantity and last quite a while .Would recommend to those looking for durables and comfortable sports gear or cute trendy stuff.

Everyone was super nice, especially the two girls! They were very conversational and and had no trouble answering my questions about a product. For a smaller store it does have a great selection, and I got some gorgeous pants that are actually long enough for me (I’m 6ft) I will definitely be back.I personally didn’t experience the profiling issue. I went in to kill time while waiting on my friend to see a movie at Star, so I was just wearing a tshirt, bike shorts and minimal makeup and they treated me just fine. Sizing selection here was pretty inclusive as well.

We had a couple of things we received as a gift that we wanted to exchange. Since it was a gift we had no receipt. Tags still on. Never worn. She wouldn’t even look at them. Very dismissive. Made me feel like I was asking her for a favor.
