Everyone was super nice, especially the two girls! They were very conversational and and had no trouble answering my questions about a product. For a smaller store it does have a great selection, and I got some gorgeous pants that are actually long enough for me (I’m 6ft) I will definitely be back.I personally didn’t experience the profiling issue. I went in to kill time while waiting on my friend to see a movie at Star, so I was just wearing a tshirt, bike shorts and minimal makeup and they treated me just fine. Sizing selection here was pretty inclusive as well.

We had a couple of things we received as a gift that we wanted to exchange. Since it was a gift we had no receipt. Tags still on. Never worn. She wouldn’t even look at them. Very dismissive. Made me feel like I was asking her for a favor.

Excellent customer service! Called in for a belt bag and the representative was knowledgeable and helpful. Made it easy for my dad, to pick up for my daughter...thank you!

Always make a stop here each time I visit College Station. Though the store is a bit small they always have a good selection and are extremely kind. The staff are always willing to assist with anything even offer to order something if not available there. Love this store location!

Don't get me wrong. I love Lululemon because their quality is top notch, but the customer service at this store may be some of the worst I've seen anywhere. Went to this store 3 days ago and strongly felt that the only reason the guy attended to me was that he thought I was a theft liability which is insane as I was well-dressed/groomed and would never dream of stealing anything. Once in a blue moon the customer service is OK, but my experience in nearly every one of my 20+ visits has been akin to that of homeless person walking in to a jewelry store. A strong atmosphere of "Get out, you can't afford this" persists at this location. This does not apply to every employee, but it does to the majority. I just cannot fathom how such employee behavior is continuously tolerated by a brand that I associate(d) with quality.

I like this location! Staff has always been helpful with locating items and processing a hemming order for my leggings. It's location in century square is super cute, but a bit smaller than other lulu's I've visited.

I pretty much avoid coming here because I find that the staff is not the most helpful and the selection of clothes is not great. Not the best lululemon to go to in my opinion.

The store is pretty small and overpriced for simple plain T-shirts and shorts. I was confused why there were like 5 employees wearing the same lululemon red bag talking in a circle casually while 1 employee works the desk. Why does a small store have that many employees? They did greet me and told me to let them know if I need help which I appreciate. Its just too overpriced. I ended up at Marshalls which is 10 times cheaper.

Yesterday I was helped by 3 LuLu employees. All were super sweet and helpful. None of them were annoyed by my questions, and they seemed very knowledgeable. I didn’t end up buying anything, but I had a wonderful experience. I will recommend this store to anyone.

Would rate this location 1 star except Mary A. was hands down their best employee! So sad that she no longer works there but she was so attentive to my needs/wants. She knew my sizes & greeted me every time I walked in. I’ve had issues every time I’ve checked out with other employees & she’s helped me fix the problems each time. No other employee ever greeted me when I walked in (I’m not exaggerating when I say that).

I have visited this store a few times now, and called twice, and each time has been less than enjoyable. When calling the store, I was left feeling as if I was an inconvenience.. Rude tone, sighs of aggravation, very quick to hang up. When visiting the store, I am basically invisible. No one greets me or asks if I need help finding anything or am looking for anything in particular. The employees are always gathered around the register chatting/gossiping. It’s just so unprofessional, especially for a store like Lululemon. I won’t waste $2.50 on parking again. I’d rather just order online.

Came in on 2/12 around 12pm and the workers were no assistance whatsoever, seriously heard their conversations about what there favorite type of beer to drink was. All but one worker was on their phone or talking to each other. I understand having friends in the work place, but I came here to spend money and the environment I walked into made me want to walk out with nothing. No one approached us and asked if we needed any help, or welcomed us into the store.

I had a return and didn’t know it’s none refundable. I went in the store and the manager was so rude. She could have simply told me those can’t be returned. Instead, I was scolded as she raised voice on me as well. Never visit again

I have been in this store several times, and I have never encountered anything but helpful friendliness. The store is always well organized, clean, and things are easy to find. And if for some reason I am not able to find a specific item in the store, employees are always very helpful in getting it ordered online.
