“Absolutely amazing staff! Seth listened to our mattress needs/preferences and walked us through multiple options with patience. They had so many wonderful bedding options to choose from, it was really quite difficult to figure out which one we liked best! The conversation was mutual and we never felt pressured into buying outside of our needs or that we were just a means to make a sales quota. Checkout was a breeze and they were so patient and thoughtful when we discovered a seat insert for the car that would support my mom's back. They shaped it to fit her right in the store!! She keeps sending messages about how wonderful it is to not have back pain after long drives! Delivery was scheduled at checkout and the guys who came out were just as amazing as those in the store. They were very careful bringing in the new bedding and taking the old out and did so rather quickly! In and out in about 30 minutes or less!! Highly recommend this store not only for the wide range of products they offer but because they treat you like family.”

“I cannot recommend this place enough if you are looking for second hand furniture and need it quickly.
They have a wide variety of styles and prices, which allowed me to both stay in budget and find styles both myself and my partner liked.
I was also pleasantly surprised with the delivery! This is probably because it's not in the middle of Aggie moveout/in season and we showed up right after they opened for the day but they squeezed us in the very same day I bought the furniture which was a real lifesaver to have right before the big ice storm that is headed our way.
The delivery price was very reasonable, and the movers were efficient/quick and friendly.
Overall I only purchased the bare necessities today and will be returning when it's time to get furniture for the rest of my apartment.
All the employees I encountered were pleasant and kind, the service was definitely more old school which I appreciated- no one hovering, friendly when asked questions.

“I was hoping to just look and price what we wanted for later but our sales lady (Holly) answered too many questions the right way… I was hoping they’d ignore us when we walked in but she greeted us right away. My only complaint is that I hate spending money but I guess I can’t fault Ashley Furniture for that… The store is always so pleasant and inviting. Holly shared with us and made our experience a great one. If she can make ME feel at ease about spending money, she’s really good!!”
