“Easy parking on the west side of the building. Nice ramp then second door on the right...very easy..Id, sign in, back to the sample space and there you go. They don't process before opening hours, but it's posted...electronically available results. Can look at historical results over all tests all years with trend plots. They are friendly and do a great job at what would otherwise be just a painful experience. Good folks.”

“The new location is easy to get to near the Kroger on Rock Prairie. It's a clean, new building with easy parking. Lots of windows & light in the waiting area which I appreciated.Both my husband and I have had labs drawn at this building and it's been a pleasant experience, as much as blood draws can be. My husband who hates needles had a technician who found his vein on the first try and it didn't hurt. I had an appointment, he did walk in at 7:30am. We both were in and out.The previous reviews from the last few years were from different locations (they have moved locations twice in the last 2-4 years) and I think they must have new staff because everyone we had contact with was very nice and helpful.”

“Had a really smooth process today from start to end with RaShonda. She was very sweet and understanding and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. I made an appointment online and checked in at the kiosk. To avoid some of the issues in other reviews, I suggest everyone does the same: make an online appointment, show up a little bit early (the earlier in the day you go, the quicker it’ll go), and show them all the same courtesy they show you.
