“I’ve come here when needed for lab work and have always had a good experience. Sometimes they are very busy and sometimes they might have a person out. But they’ve always handled it very well and with grace. Working through the line of people methodically and as quickly as possible. I prefer coming here.”

“I’ve been to quite a few labs in town- I really like this one. The waiting area has lots of open windows/ natural light and it’s big enough to spread out which is nice if you have to practice extra caution health wise. The staff was nice, the lab rooms were small but efficient, the LVN was sweet and very experienced. Honestly I don’t want to go anywhere else for myself or my family. The other popular lab on Rock Prairie has a very small waiting area which recently has been overflowing- so if you aren’t well there no room to move away from others and vice versa. It’s very cagey because there are no lights, there is no one at their front desk. They clearly switched from having a front desk person to the kiosk which is the only thing that have now. I understand that things are more digital and checking in is typically easy being done from a phone or on a kiosk but recently the waiting room has been so packed, there was issues with their system because twice we went in after making an appointment AND having it confirmed and then we showed up and we aren’t on their system. And- since there is only the lab staff there you have to wait until one comes to get another patient to ask any questions. I saw other people having issues as well, people were looking around desperately trying to get their questions answered. It went from slightly annoying to worse. This place has the hallmarks of a company who only cares about profit but not the client experience. They have high staff turn around because I suspect they do not pay them for the work load that is expected of them. It’s sad- because it seems like so many people have to use this particular lab because of insurance but it’s a stressful experience to even walk into.”

“We had to take our 4 year old in for allergy testing. The gentleman that helped us was absolutely amazing. And we had to have another person step in to help and she was so sweet. I would absolutely recommend uaing this lab just based off of the way we were treated. I was worried because my 4 year old didn't know what to expect but got really scared whem the needle came out. It took me and dad and the other person to hold him still and keep him calm. He was so patient and understanding and accommodating for our kiddo. We left feeling very well taken care of. This was our first visit with Quest but definitely won't be our last. Thank you so much!!!”
