Used to go in and love to shop at Michaels for cake supplies. They have cut down on the amount of supplies that they have. I couldn't find most of what I needed. Very disappointing.

They never have art work acrylic paint in stock. The art paint brush section is so disorganized and low in stock. As an arts and craft shop, they can do better than this. They need more help to stock shelves.

Incredibly rude employees! I have never shopped anywhere with such a high concentration of employees who act as if they would rather be anywhere but on the clock. These four teen/college age girls closed the store ten minutes BEFORE their posted hours- I needed one thing so I could finish a project that is on a deadline and without looking me in the eyes, she told me “our computers are already turned off”. No apologies or explanations. A perfect example of why I will be taking my business elsewhere. Aside from this store always being under stocked and a bit of a mess, the blatant and despicable, abrasive rudeness of these “young ladies” is abysmal.

This store has a rude staff! Just went in had my son ask a question about the door buster she looked at him and said go look at the signs! Then yelled at my kids for checking how the pins write on the papers by it which I get the papers were not store product but I still get it so I told my kids to stop and come to me. They are 13 and 14. Which I was like okay whatever but then there was a Mexican old man was lost and needed help she rudely asked him what are u looking for hello what do you need. Honestly it seemed like a color thing which I hate hate hate!!! To say that. She seem like the head person they way she was yelling across the building at everyone I can to get decoration for my kids school and after this I will never be returning was not helpful and see she was rude to other customers too.

Ordered at 230pm. Arrived at 415pm after being told it was ready. Was told it wasn’t ready. The gal told me 20-30 minutes bcs they were getting it together right then. Came back at 5. Still not ready. Called and they said 20-30 minutes at 520pm. By 6pm it still wasn’t ready. Made a trip an hour out of my way for this but the high schoolers working here do not care. Avoid this location for online ordering
