Canceled our appointment in the morning of. It's so hard to find the time to go and open an account with my school age kids since the bank closes 4pm during week days. On Saturdays we are so busy with out of town sports games that we can make it before they close.

The absolute worst BofA EVER! Seldom is there more than 1 teller and the drive thru is closed ! Eight customers in line and all we do is wait!

For some bizarre reason, despite a long line and only one teller working they won't add additional staff. I imagine that lunch time is consistently busy as folks come to try to take care of banking needs during their break, and yet they still only staff one person. Meanwhile other bank employees wander around the lobby holding clipboards and doing exactly nothing.

I have banked with BOA for 20 years and used online banking for years. I have NEVER had the troubled banking online as I have in the last 6 months, what on earth have they done? no matter what I do It will tell me that my information is not correct. Realy!!!!!! I, know my name and, account, any other information they ask and still, it tells me my information is not correct. what the _H_____ I go in and they tell me what to do, so I wrote down word for word how to do online banking. can home and I get locked out. NO NO NO! more, tomorrow I will close all my account and find a bank who I can use their online banking without all this mess.

Customer Service by Phone Sucks. They even do not care about you as a person, they just want to make money of your money no matter what. Make a check deposit and with no logical reason, they hold the money for more than 10 days. Worst experience with banks ever!

This BofA still isn't perfect, but I must say that they have recently made vast improvements to their customer service & staffing!

1 bank teller! With about 15-20 people in the line. Seriously! This location needs to hire more teller. Or atleast have more manpower during peak time. Who ever run this location needs to do better!!!! SMH

Received some pretty rude service from a lady named Almas today. Very poor way of speaking and very condescending. Hope I never have to encounter that woman again.

This branch operates such that the customer bears the cost of their inept systems. One guy who wanted to cash a check and who did not have an account here held up the entire teller line for 20 minutes. The teller was waiting for the personal banker to come out of the back and talk to him about opening an account before he would move anyone else through the line. And why was there only one teller working the line the hour before the lobby closed? Add to that, you could hear two branch managers laughing down the hallway when they could be freeing up the line. Ridiculous.

The teller I got was rude. Her name was Almas. She was very inconsiderate. She had the audacity to question why I was there to make a deposit with her and then she continued saying that this is the U.S. I could not believe this women was assuming my nationality just because I decided to make a deposit with a teller. I got so offended that as my right as a customer felt the need to leave and go finish my business somewhere else.

Extraordinarily inconsiderate. My close friend passed away so his dad asked if we could figure out which banks he had accounts at and how to close them out. We went to this Bank of America and asked if he had an account with them. The man we initially talked to was very nice, but the lady we talked to quickly responded by saying "Okay you can't just go around closing accounts", and was extraordinarily rude. That was not even what we asked.

Their tellers do care ( all 2 of them). I do find it strange that with so many people in line why not add more staff. Very slow service. Need more workers.

If no stars was an option that would be my vote. 20 people in line and 2 of the slowest tellers ever. Why would you have 5 windows if you never fill them. Run away from this place. Find another bank worth your time, this one will take all of it if you use it.

Bank of America sucks! They take forever with each person and just walk out for lunch whenever they feel like it, even if they are busy. I will never bank with them again nor ever reccommend them to anyone.
