Great for a Motel 6. Staff was helpful, rooms were clean and looked pretty recently renovated as well. Parking lot was a bit rough.

Really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly and the recently updated building felt clean and inviting. It’s in a good location close to the university, which is perfect for Aggies. Rooms are a bit small but they are well kept. A comfortable, convenient place to stay at a great value overall

Everything was ok except there was an extremely strong smell in the room. Smelled like mold or mildew.
