Deceitful and manipulative I asked for a very specific Color and they put the wrong color on at first didn’t bother to take it off but paint it over it with another one that imitated the original color that I want it so in the sun, the color is very dull but indoors under fluorescent lights has a shimmer and also when I came back because someone painted hair in my nail the person who fixed it had a real nasty attitude young worker and I had to ask her several times is she OK? She speaking her language, but she got the job done. One thing I hate is a liar

We were able to walk in without a reservation and get a pedicure. The specialist did a great job and checked temperatures. It was a great experience.

I’ve been trying to find my “go to” nail place now that I’ve moved to College Station from Austin. I’ve been here a handful of times and I’m mostly pleased with it. It’s the best place I’ve been to so far, but still doesn’t stand out as “the one” for me.
Overall, I’m usually pleased with my manicures/pedicures, but I do feel like they are on the more expensive side for what you get.

After trying multiple places in town, finally found my go-to nail salon. Great prices and services! So easy to schedule an appointment online and everyone is so friendly. Andrea and Isabel are amazing- they always make sure I leave with the best nails!!

Firstly, I'd like to say the majority of the staff is friendly, professional and very good at what they do. I have been a customer here for going on 17 years (started coming here in high school). I know many employees by name and they have seen me through homecoming, prom, being a bridesmaid, BEING the bride, gender reveal, pregnancy, bringing in the baby in her car seat, training my service dog... a LOT and my daughter has been/was a customer (she's 6)! They know my mom, as I got her into getting pedicures and manicures and we often would come in together. My sister-in-law is a customer because I referred her here. All that being said, I was caught off guard and quite frankly SHOCKED to discover that I had been deceived after services were rendered. The prices increased: let me explain, there is a notice of a price increase "effective" a particular day--- I have been here multiple times since this "posted" price increase took place and the prices I paid yesterday were raised AGAIN without a NEW notice. I was also now being charged extra for "add-ons" that were not previously charged, like "nail shaping" and "multiple colors". I ALWAYS tip considerably for all services and per individual rendering services. My daughter ALWAYS gets multiple colors, as I mentioned before, she's 6. I know what services I have done, as I am a "regular" here.Upon speaking to Huy:"We're already the cheapest in town."No discounts, specials, sales... AT ALL... EVER!!!I was given the excuse that the notice was posted of price increase--- NOT for a separate and RECENT price increase, but the original that I have already been accustomed to. That the prices are listed on the menu--- not readily accessible, visible or posted at sign in-- I don't necessarily need a menu to look at, as I have consistently gotten the same things forever, and again have paid said "posted" price increase. That shapes like "Coffin" are an upcharge (I got almond--- basically a longer "short" nail which I have gotten at least the last 3-4 times without an upcharge). That multiple colors means more work--- my daughter didn't even get the "included" paint or a discount for not getting paint on her finger nails AND she ALWAYS gets multiple colors without an upcharge. They sometimes dont charge, but did yesterday (9/6) and he wishes I spoke to him when it happened (I had to go so that I could get my daughter fed, get homework done and get her to bed for school the next day, not to mention He didn't appear to be there--- I did not see him (or hear him) the entire 2+ hours I was there. The "price increases" and add-on changes equal $30!!!! He said, I'll give you $10 discount, take it or leave it.Services: Nail painting
