I’m not one to leave reviews but after my horrible experience here I had to. I came in to get my nails taken off and I have never in my life had more pain getting my nails removed than I did here. The lady wouldn’t use acetone to soak my nails off even though I was obviously in pain and told her that. I kept jerking my hand back and all she did was ask “does it hurt” and then continued to do the exact same thing she was doing. My nails are horrendous never going back.

THIS WAS MY THE FIRST TIME GOING TO THIS SHOP ONLY THING I HAVE TO SAY YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR MUST HAVE CAME ON THE WRONG DAY OR SOMETHING EVERYTHING WAS TERRIBLE FROM THE WAY THEY TREAT YOU TO THE SERVICE!!!!! ????

First time trying this shop Hedi very patient, calm .Her hubby did pedicure ,she painted them .I had dip done on my nails.came out nice .Very personable nail shop, very neat and smelled clean.Will come bk again.thanks.
