Sonia was amazing during the entire home buying process! We had just come from Kreuger Real Estate, where we had an awful experience. Sonia guided us (correctly) through everything step-by-step, and answered every question we had. She is extremely knowledgeable, and if there was anything she did not have an answer for, she had tons of resources available to get me the answer immediately. Her genuine care/attention reassured me that we were working with the best agent possible for our first home purchase. She had the utmost patience with us as we backed out of our first home contract, did not give up on us, and put us in the perfect home! She works very fast, getting contracts drawn up for us the same day, so that we could make our offer on time. She was there every step of the way, always on time, and super flexible/available when you need her. I'd definitely recommend Sonia to anyone else looking to purchase a home!
