The staff is rude, the store smells like your drowning in bad scent beads (takes your breath away when you walk in, and not in a good way), and they deny decent new clothing but buy ones with holes and worn out from regulars. They’re also always rude to my white wife but really kind to me (Mexican) so glad to know the racism is real.
Won’t be going back or selling due to the treatment of my wife.

Great place to shop, but don't waste your time on trying to sell any clothes here. I wasted six hours waiting for a whopping $23. Better off just dropping them in the donation bin and going about your day.

I’m a first time momma, and this store was a big hit for us! You definitely have to go in ready to look for stains, imperfections, etc on the clothes - however, if you’re willing to do that, you can sort through and find some really cute things for super cheap. My only complaint is that we got a ton of clothes and they ALL had the strongest perfume smell on them. It was migraine inducing in the store. I brought them home and kept them in the bag for when I was ready to unpack her stuff and start washing. When I pulled the bag out today, I immediately got hit with that perfume smell again and had an instant migraine. I’m not sensitive to smells - but these clothes were absolutely drenched in the strongest scent. Obviously the clothes will be washed prior to my daughter wearing them, but it’s good for moms to know - especially those of you that are pregnant or are sensitive to smells normally. Overall still a great store, and we will definitely be back!

As a seller, this location should be a flagship store. Courteous staff even when really busy and based on the amount they accepted from what was practically a mountain of stuff, it's clear they actually look each item over well instead of skimming like some other locations do. Very impressed with the professionalism displayed. Yes, sale price COULD be better, but still considerably better, but still better than taking up space at my house

Been going to this specific store since Thanksgiving of 2021. Customer service has severely depreciated. Speaks with attitude and disrespect towards customers and in front of customers when nothing was done to them. No arguing was done to the employees just asking for clarification and employees best response is attitude. Horrible customer service, will no longer be returning

I have been coming to this location for years and have always been impressed with the large selection, low prices & the friendly staff that works here. The staff that works behind the counter are helpful and professional! I recommend once upon a child BCS if you’re looking for good deals and an overall pleasant experience!

Employees were OBNOXIOUS. They were loud and screaming for the entire 45 minutes I was shopping. Found some great deal, but wanted to leave just cause the employees were giving me a head ache. The young man that checked me out was great. The girls need to learn an inside voice.

Prices are good when selling; I dislike that they break up the matched sets of clothing. I prefer to shop resale that keeps matched sets together so I don’t have to hunt for the matching pants, tops. A specific section for that would be nice. They have good prices and are generally organized. I like that they bring out large amounts of holiday clothes. The smell of the store is extremely strong from the detergent they use, but that’s the only big drawback. They have a large selection of boys clothes, which not all resale shops do.

Vanessa , was so rude … and tried to push everything over on Maria which is another manger… instead of being honest if you want to give any items to this place have your phone they don’t like having to type any of your information in . Better yet go to goodwill for any donation, you will come out better.
