Very slow service for a fast food restaurant. And side are shrinking in size. I ordered chicken teriyaki last time and they literally gave me only 4 stipes. I don't think that's 36 grams of protein. I asked them to add more but they just said it's been like that size and ignored me.

Panda Express is terrible at delivery! It’s the third time I’ve ordered their sesame chicken bowl and they’ve given me teriyaki chicken instead. How hard is it to read the full order instead of just reading the first meal and assuming that that’s the rest too! When I go in person, they always have the sesame chicken. So it’s not like they don’t have it. Last time I’m ordering their food online! Their workers our lazy and incapable of correcting their mistakes. Don’t order their food online unless you want to get something entirely different than what you ordered!

Just a shame. Hungry college boys trying to refuel after three finals in one day and these the portions we get. It’s probably a race thing.

Go before ten or after one. Otherwise, be prepared to wait. If you're short on time, go to Houston St. Subs. Actually, keep going to Panda Express, keep the line next door reasonable for the rest of us. ?

Not always very fast service, especially around lunch time rush hour, you'll wait a little while then. They don't always have every dish available, especially as they get within an hour of closing time, they simply stop cooking most everything which can be annoying if you want a less popular dish. Other than that, the food is relatively consistent and I continue to come back.

The workers have their efficiency down to a science. Keep them in your thoughts as they deal with a huge volume of customers for hours on end. Remember they are people too

I am hard-pressed to find local diners where I can enjoy non-restricted dietary items. I was amazed to learn that this is one of those places. They have very creative selections, and you get to build your own plates. That allows me to carefully select items that won't interfere with my digestive system. You have no idea what a benefit that is for me. We selected various chicken dishes with spring rolls and drinks. It was a nice experience and I had no ill effects. Good job.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Was helped immediately. Got it to go. Was acknowledged as I left. I got the bowl and it was enough for another meal.

My girls couldn't wait to have chinese. They got their food to go, or I would have taken back the beef. All was fine except the beef. It was tough and not very tasty. Restaurant was well lit, clean, and well staffed.
