I attended a private party, I was very surprised that the air conditioning was not working very well. It was at least 85° in the party room. Needless to say there was not much dancing.

Your lifeguards are very rude. One lifeguard tells you something is okay and then an out her lifeguard tells you it’s not okay and then they do the thing that “not ok” themselves because they are lifeguards… very interesting

I wish there was less than one star as a rating barometer, because there is nothing about Pebble Creek Country Club that deserves a moniker associated with a star. I have been a member of a number of clubs over the years, and I have never experienced the systematic disappointment and subpar level of a club that supposedly offers a well-rounded, inclusive membership with quality amenities. After relocating to the area from Houston, we had high hopes for a club that was well-appointed and managed that also provided a fun, relaxing, environment. We were SO disappointed on SO many levels that it's hard to describe it without taking up paragraph upon paragraph. However, for those of you considering this club, you deserve the truth. First, the amenities are horrible. The women's locker room doesn't even have shampoo or a hair dryer. For the price of admission here, could we not have one $30 hair dryer? Next, we were mostly interested in joining for tennis and the pool. We joined in September, so pool hours were restricted to weekends...ok, that's fine..but they CLOSE whenever they feel like it regardless of posted hours. Pebble Creek requires that you call for a "reservation" to the pool, but they close on a whim if "there is no one at the pool". We called in advance to make a reservation for a weekend day that was supposed to close at 8pm; we drove 25 minutes to the club, arrived at 6PM thinking we had two hours. NOPE...they "decided" to close early. This didn't happen ONCE but TWICE in a span of our first 2 weeks at the club. This was clearly a bad sign, but we blindly moved forward, given that we had paid $1600 to join and $175 a month...Surely we could try to have some fun here and not think about the limited value we were getting for our money, or the lack of good management. Perhaps we were expecting too much? Three weeks into our membership, the pool is closed, workout room is equivalent to the lame facilities at a Hilton Home2Suites, there is a clear lack of concern for member's schedules regarding the pool (when it was briefly open), and the food at the restaurant is overpriced for a private club and marginal at best. Think club sandwiches, wings, burgers. Not exactly a culinary delight but AGAIN, we accepted the subpar product, because...well...we had already joined and wasted $1600!Was this nightmare over? No, because Pebble Creek has no limit to the level of bad experiences they can offer up to their paying members. We attempted to golf, only to find that we were told NUMEROUS things that were not true. WORST golf experience I've ever had. The scheduling was completely ambitious so we were overrun by a kids/parent event. After letting them play through to start with because NO ONE told us there was going to be an event where each team was only pitching and putting (meaning they were playing faster than Ben Crenshaw could), we jumped ahead a few holes. But to no avail, the group caught up with us again and then had the lack of etiquette to get our of their carts and hit balls 50 yards out while WE WERE PLAYING THE HOLE! I've never seen such rudeness. I figured they just didn't understand golf rules but by this time, the outing was ruined and when we complained to their "manager", he not only didn't care, he was arrogant and snarky. He, along with the lack of concern for members, no one that seems to be in charge is ever around, was enough to make us quit the club after only being members for a month. This place either has so much money they don't care about their customers (which I highly doubt given the disrepair the place is in) or they don't understand customer service or they really are in financial trouble. No matter the reason. this place is lipstick on a pig. I can see from the reviews of members (not one time guests for parties and events), that they also recognize this club is a joke. We've moved on but buyer beware.

LOVE LOVE PCCC! Love being a member and cannot believe I didn't join sooner. The tennis program thanks to our pro Todd is super wonderful- we have beginners clinics, cardio tennis, ladies/men's doubles league, Saturday morning all levels clinics and even special events playing against other clubs. Joining the tennis at pccc has seriously been such a joy and highlight for me for the past 2 years. The club also offers exercise classes and has a decent gym that my husband uses. One of the best things that the club offers is kids Klub!!! It's super affordable and allows parents to be involved- it's the only way I've been able to play tennis again! In addition, pccc has a good restaurant that changes its menu a lot and offers a great variety. They have a great view of the golf course, good specials on various nights, live music some, decent prices and more! The pool was also redone fairly recently and includes a swim up bar, splash pad, slide, beach front entrance! The golf course is pretty nice and it doesn't feel like you're even in college station. The club offers kids sports camp in the summer too! This club offers so so much to individuals, couples, and families!! I highly recommend joining here as it's an affordable club in town and also is a wonderful experience! They also offer half off initiation fees throughout the year at various times, CHECK IT OUT!! And if you live in the neighborhood, DEFINITELY JOIN!

Purchased tee times for a 4some here at a silent auction over a year ago and finally used it yesterday due to pandemic. Course for this time of year was in excellent shape and the staff could not have been more accommodating! We had a great day. Love this course.
