The only reason this is a 1-star review is because 0 stars was not an option. I had my standard poodle groomed today at Petsmart on William D Fitch in College Station and she looks HORRIBLE. When I dropped her off, I showed two groomers what I wanted and when I picked her up, she had been COMPLETELY SHAVED from head to toe including fully shaving her tail. My other dog doesn't even recognize her. She looks like a greyhound. Completely ripped off from paying $100 for something that looks like a 5-year-old playing with dog clippers did. Will NEVER step foot back in this place again. (Photos show what I asked for versus what I got.)

This location is always clean and well staffed. I can always get help here when I need it. They also have a great variety of every thing you need for your pets!!!!

I have been to this store a few times, and it’s a nice store. However the last few times I have come to get a new fish, the older lady who has helped me has been very unpleasant. Seems very unhappy to do her job and seems annoyed every time you try to ask questions or make conversation. This made for a very uncomfortable experience. Personally, I won’t be coming back to this location.

Bad service, had an appointment on Friday & they called me to reschedule because 2 stylists had called off then here comes Monday & no call or anything I show up & told me they had to cancel again. This happened last year, they need to get it together. Will not be coming back.

If you are wanting a job here I do not recommend this location. It’s taken me a while to have the guts to speak about this but a little over a year ago they stopped putting me on the schedule. No explanation, nothing. They wouldn’t even answer my text or calls. They (management) would even walk away when I would enter the store. This is extremely disrespectful and not how you run a business.

Every single fish we saw was diseased, close to death, or already dead.
Practically every single fish had Ich (a parasitic disease), which can be lethal for the fish and is highly infectious. Many were experiencing severe bloat to the point of barely being able to move.
And of course, we saw at least 3 or so fish that were already dead.
Anyone who wants to buy fish from here is going to receive one that's already on the road to death.
This isn't even touching on the African Dwarf Frogs that were so skinny that you could see their skeleton through their skin.
I know chain pet stores aren't known to have the best fish and aquatic animal care, but this is the most blatant and egregious I have ever seen the mistreatment of these animals.

We took our puppy to obedience training at PetSmart with Anna. She is an amazing teacher. She took the time to answer questions and provide individualized information based on each puppy’s temperament. Our puppy absolutely loved her! We can’t wait to come back for intermediate class!
