The young lady who took my blood was excellent! After the last time this was going to be the last time if it hadn't gone well. Well done to her! Thanks!

I first tried to walk in. Waiting room overflowing, no receptionist. There was a sign about appointments being seen first.Next, I tried to get an appointment online. The process just went on and on. I gave up. You can go to LabCorp across the street. Easy peasy. I will never waste time at Quest again. It's like being treated like cattle. Hire a receptionist and allow customers to make an appointment by phone. Understaffing for corporate profit making.

Do not come here without an appointment. I thought for a drug test I would be fine just coming in as a walk-in but it seems like their system will never put a walk-in above any appointments even when it would take all of five minutes for a drug test. This is the only time I have ever needed to get an appointment for a drug test.

Building not open on time so the workers can get in and take care of patients either provide the quest diagnostic workers with their key to be able to access the building to service their patients or quest diagnostics. Need to find another location. This is ridiculous issue schedule appointment and can’t get into the building, people are sitting in the parking lot. Hell give them the day off, and I even have some scheduled after a holiday. This is sad

I had an appointment and didn't have to wait past it. Room full of walk ins. Really quick. Staff was nice, quick and efficent.

**Edited to 3 stars because the women were both very kind, quick and efficient for my draws. The facilities were also clean. This would have been a 5 star experience if it hadn’t of been for the bad experience the day before**Do NOT go here if you don’t have an appointment. Save your time! Standbys are always prioritized below all of the appointments. Doesn’t matter if you’ve been there since 7, you will go last even when people just keep on walking in.

Complicated process, stuff unsure of policies, no receptionist, had to walk out. We needed simple covid PCR tests for travel for our kids. Website appointment portal kept failing. Arrived next day and created 3 appointments on their tablet to take place within 30-40 mins. Eventually one kid was called in, was promptly told we had to purchase the test on the website before they could see us, but they could not offer assistance on navigating website. Website wouldn’t allow test to be purchased by minors, yet patients name had to be on the order. Meanwhile one of the other kids appointment fell off the que, and others started walking in our place. Eventually one of the staff told us about AnyLabTestNow, right down the road. Headed there and found no wait, no online purchase fuss, no age restrictions, and a receptionist got us in and out for about $5 more than Quest was charging. Received results in about an hour. I do sincerely appreciate the Quest employee referring us elsewhere, it was so much easier at AnyLabTestNow next to Kroger.

Minus 100 stars! The utter ridiculousness of this place being classified as a lab is beyond common words. The common words I'd like to use no matter how common wouldn't post. First off, I made an appointment because visiting one in another city which I walked out of had a very long wait time with one person in the 20 chair waiting room. No human interaction, no receptionist, just a touch screen which everyone that enters touches, bring wipes as a touch pen will not work I tried. You can't call and talk to a person either. Want an idea of what AI will be like, here you go, Artificial and no intelligence. Their web site says appointments get priority, nope. I arrived 21 minutes early, checked in and watched 5 people go in before me. Four walk ins, as I asked and one appointment for 5 minutes ahead of mine. I did not even exist until, you guessed it, my appointment time. I could've been gone 25 minutes earlier if appointments get priority over walk ins. If someone takes the time to make an appointment, then arrive early call them back then get to your walk ins, wow guess that takes more common sense than these people have. I should've just registered as a walk in instead of being there for an appointment. When in the back for the blood draw, you could see a person who instead of being in front as a receptionist was looking at a computer screen to monitor the screen outside and the information being input into it. The place was run down and in disarray. To top it off from my experience with the test being done, ordered by my doctor several times before, they did not draw enough blood to do the test. I know the doctors office will be calling to repeat these test. He will not be sending me here again if he wants to continue to be my doctor! I will never use any of the quest labs again. This place should be closed.

Had a really smooth process today from start to end with RaShonda. She was very sweet and understanding and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. I made an appointment online and checked in at the kiosk. To avoid some of the issues in other reviews, I suggest everyone does the same: make an online appointment, show up a little bit early (the earlier in the day you go, the quicker it’ll go), and show them all the same courtesy they show you. Thanks y’all!!

Only good thing is the website and open early. Sent my son here for labs in between classes. The person he spoke with was not familiar with the tests they perform or they cannot read........only can type in numbers. My son walked out because they didn't know whether it was a blood or urine test........whoa.......I wish I was there. My son never gets upset so I will try to send him elsewhere. They were very condescending and unprofessional.

No receptionist. Waited for more than 20 minutes to be helped by someone and nothing. There are at least 8 other people waiting on their appointments and none have been called. Go somewhere else for lab work.

Worst Drug Testing Center Ever. I recently accepted a new job position and was asked to provide a drug test. i choose quest because it was one of the first ones available. I arrived at 7 am but was told testing doesn’t start until 9am. no big deal. i show up to my now appointment and i ask for some water and inform the nurse unless i get enough water i will not be able to perform for the urine exam. she then informs me there is no water anywhere and that i am not allowed to go and get some water. this place is not professional.
