Was told that I couldn't rent a property because my child's emotional support dog exceeded the weight limit. Even after I told the realtor she has special needs and documentation for the animal. Very disappointed in this company.

Bought my first home through ReMax and really enjoyed the experience. Was looking to rent for a few years until the kiddo gets out of college but after these last two experiences with Brittany and Cassidy, I will be taking my business elsewhere now and again in 3 years. That’s kind of a bummer for all you unethical property managers and real estate agents bc the housing market bubble is popping… I imagine by next year all these bad experiences everyone had for 3-4 years will be noted and remembered when agents are on the corners begging for a sale - a little change. Hope you guys invested wisely during your four year run!

We worked with Julie Sun... If you are thinking of working with this agent, word of advice.... RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION...FAST! We rented a property that she managed with Cortiers, where she is/was employed, and it was hands down the worst experience ever! Our lease and pictures of the property including the description showed a back yard which was privately fenced. Instead we had a 6x10 Concrete slab/patio with no grass or yard and it was shared with our neighbors who would do drugs consistently on their patio. We made Julie aware of the situation and she told us that the tenants were nice and there was nothing she could do, even though it clearly states that no illegal activity was allowed. After a month of arguing we FINALLY got a fence to separate us from them. Our A/C was also out for 5 days leading up to move out when it was over 108* outside and 90* inside the house, she lost our move in inventory so she tried to charge us for everything that was preexisting, thankfully we had picture proof. Hands down, the WORST experience with the most unprofessional person!

The negative experience by joseph lee below is the exact same as ours. We rented in cs area from 2015 to 2017. Julie Sun was our contact person for property. Rude and inconsiderate in dealings. Putting the burden of maintenance and wear and tear of property during use (and previous tenant) on tenant was common practice.
