The vibe was nice and the food was pretty good. I would definitely eat there again, but they closed down.

Don’t waste your time calling these people for takeout. Apparently, they don’t want be open right now and they don’t have their phone system set up to ACTUALLY TELL YOU THAT.Edit to add: They shut down and apparently blamed “covid” and not their **** “service.”

Don't know why Google won't update this, but this Red Lobster is Permanently Closed, and with good reason. It's been closed for over a year, and the land under it is for sale. Even Google's 'Street View' has been updated since it closed, now showing the For Sale sign.It closed due to poor management. Pre-covid they couldn't keep enough staff on hand to cover a Tuesday shift, let alone a Friday. Wait at the door was regularly over an hour for a half open restaurant. They never had enough staff to cover the full floor, so they just didn't seat half of it. Even after that wait service was abysmal. Missed items/drinks were regular occurrences, as were long delays after ordering.Miss the food, but not the service.

That's sad. They don't have a red lobster in college station.

We went to this location for a late night supper. Really slow service for being the only ones in the restaurant. The waitress was nice, though... told us that she was pushing for our meals to come out faster. My biggest complaint is the smell outside. It smells of sewage.. really bad!!! It almost prevented me from dining-in. Please, fix those pipes... last night, we passed by and the stench penetrated through the windows of our car. :( *should be 2.5 stars.

First off the black guy with a flat top and glasses was the rudest host I've ever met. The place was empty and me, my wife, 2 daughters, and son in a stroller was approach by the gentleman and he sighed when he saw us, asked us how many then sighed again as he disappeared for at least 5 mins. We almost left and I wish I would have. Our waitress was good but the food and portions was ridiculous for the price. The food tasted like straight fish water. I eat seafood all the time and that was by far the worst meal I've ever had. My wife ordered the fish and chips and there was just a small piece of fish on the plate. All of are meals came at different times. They forgot parts of our orders. The mixed drinks had no alcohol at all in it, tasted like fruit juice. The sad thing is we had a bad experience last time and chucked it up to the time of day and how packed it was. Never again will I eat at Red lobster. This place ruined it for me. If I could give it a zero star I would.

The fish was awful, the shrimp were tiny. I tried to reach out to Red Lobster's corporate office but I've never heard back from them. I'll leave the photograph right here. I took the photo when the plate was set down in front of me. I will never return. Judge for yourself.

Hello everyone yesterday I took my wife out and son to celebrate. The reason why we were at red lobster because we were on our 33rd day no meat. When we were sat down we weren't greeted for 6 minutes mind you we have a two year old with us. It was so long I had to go to the front and ask for a manager. The manager said she was sorry. We were greeted 1-2 after that . While we were sitting down I counted 4-8 times we were passed and never greeted at all. The food took 20-30 mins . The food took so long even our server noticed it. The food taste great but our experience was destoryed I. The manager comes out and tells us they have a shortage in cooks and it's a busy day. We went out at 5pm and there wasn't a wait time. The manager takes 20% off the bill . I'm sorry I been a server for 15 years and I know key things . I still tipped 50% of the bill. The food means nothing if you can't be greeted and get the food in a timely manner. Anyone that goes here please watch out. Great atmosphere and the food taste good.

This is the worst food I've had at red lobster. I think because of covid though. But someone need to retrain the chef on how to cook the biscuits and lobsters.

Unimpressed by my experience. Ordered the sirloin and lobster. Preferenced medium rare but it came out well done (and not in the good way), this also happened to a colleague at our table too so not a one-off event. Lobster tail was slightly undercooked and a tad to fishy smelling.

I don't know what happened, or how the management structure changed, but this Red Lobster is terrible now. There is one female manager who is particularly bad. I ordered a meal curbside, as I'd already paid, it was drizzling, and that is what social distancing guidelines recommended. I called the number on the parking sign to let them know that I'd arrived. This female manager told me to just come inside. I did, reluctantly. Once there, the manager acted as if it were more important to gossip with the staff than to get my order. The extra star is just for the crab. I haven't been back since that awful experience.
