I just had a WONDERFUL customer service experience with Courtney, the Property Mgr in College Station, Tx! There has been a continual loud beeping coming in my office from the storage property next door. I called to ask if someone could come alleviate it. She was so nice and there within an hour! She wasn't able to stop it as it was coming from inside a unit, but she came by my office to explain and gave me her direct number and a promise to do everything she could to reach the renter. She asked me to call again on Monday if needed. No one handles customer service like this anymore--thank you, Courtney. You are exceptional!

I’ve rented a parking space for my small cargo trailer from this location a couple of times since 2018. Invariably they raise the rates to a point that I move to another company until that one raises its rates to where I move back. It makes no sense for them to nearly double the price when it’s so easy for me to leave especially since this location is merely the okay. The location is convenient enough and I’m glad they upgraded their security since I first rented from them. The parking area pavement and road leave much to be desired. The current property manager, Courtney, is very nice and helpful. I will probably be back and if I am I hope they have some sort of option for longer term leasing.

Great location and friendly staff. Never had any problem with questionable people or activities going on in the facility. The facility is a little worn, but it is a storage unit, so it doesn't make too much difference.

Edit: I initially had a great experience renting a storage unit here. However, I can no longer recommend this facility. After some time, I discovered that water had leaked into my unit, and mold grew on several of my belongings. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially considering I chose this place because it seemed well-maintained. I’m a 19 year old student and I am having to fully financially support myself alone. I rented a unit to keep my belongings safe, and I now cannot afford to repurchase said belongings. It’s very upsetting to lose items you trusted would be kept safe and dry in storage. If you’re considering renting here, I’d strongly advise you to ask specific questions about water damage, drainage, and moisture control, or look elsewhere if your items are valuable or sensitive to moisture.
I had a great experience getting my storage unit here! Courtney was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made everything super easy and stress-free. It’s not often you come across such friendly and genuine customer service, and I really appreciated her help. The facility and unit itself appeared clean, secure, and well-maintained. Thanks again Courtney!
