I just ran in on a Sunday afternoon needing to have 12+ paint samples mixed for design boards. Nathan was kind, helpful, and quickly expedited the order - then helped carry the boxes to my car!! Nathan and my experience at Sherwin Williams was the highlight of a busy day! Thank you, Nathan!

Bought 11 gallons of the best paint. However price rang up higher than advertised. So they 'compromised' and sold me 3 gallons at that price. The rest I was required to pay over price on the shelf. Looking forward to getting it on the house. Staff friendly. Quick to mix.One younger guy working there clearly lazy. Cost me the overpriced sale. Said he'd help me to the car. But started chatting and fooling around with manager. So delightful young woman (man-handled) lifted and carried all the heavy paint to the car for me. Lazy guy. Just watched. If it were not for her and helpful manager, I would tell you to stay away.Your company owes me $150!! For overcharge of shelf price sale paint.

They either put the phone on silent or they just block. Every time I call no one answers.

Worst service ever. As I stood waiting for over 10 mins to be acknowledged, I hear, who I am assuming to be the manager, say, "I love our customers, but they're too demanding of our time." What!!!? Are you kidding me? Go to the Bryan store, they are 100 times better and much more polite.
