Was the only person in the store and wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged, even when all of the shoes in my size were beyond my reach. Also there seems to be not as many choices as before, so I sadly just walked out.

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about their stock. If it wasn't for them I probably would have left without buying anything. But thanks to their help I bought 2 pairs and I am thinking about going back to get more.

Great deals and selection. Spent around 200.00. They will not take checks, cash or credit only. I will not shop there again . They don't trust my check and I dont trust stores with my credit card info. SAD DAYS AHEAD IN AMERICA DUE TO THESE POLICYS.

Customer service…..ZERO. I had to hunt someone down to ask a question and when I found her; she was too busy in her co workers conversation to talk to me. They do have a big selection of sketchers which is nice, but if you are thinking this is an outlet store….you would be severely mistaken… ☺️ it’s their normal prices and some are even higher. Your best going in here to try on what you like and then order it off Amazon for a lot less and you get about the same amount of help online as you do this store location.

My friends and I were shopping for Back to School shoes for elementary school children. Jamar was a great help with measuring my friend's foot and determining if there was a little bit of growing room. He was a good listener, joked with the children and made us feel welcome. I'm a big fan of Sketchers and have been to this store dozens of times. Of all the sales people I've met at Sketchers, Jamar is the best!

Terrible store. I bought two pair of shoes at Woodlands store. Without realizing it, I picked up the wrong size shoe after trying on two different sizes. I was in College Station today. I took tbe the wrong size shoe in for exchange and they wanted to charge me $25.00 for even exchange. Said they don't honor the discount I got at the other Sketcher store. Will never come back here. Don't shop here if you want good customer service.

Staff could have cared in helping find the right size.
