I had an great experience today 11-4-24 at SmartStop Storage. I recently had back surgery and the young lady was very helpful, knowledgeable about the size storage I needed and nice. It was raining and she evening got out in the rain for me to put my lock on my storage. I will definitely let people that need storages know about this young lady and location. It feels good when people actually care and be helpful.
