I’ve been a specs customer for years, and I’ve loved them for a long time! However, at the university store in Fort Worth, I continue to go in and they lack the stock I’m looking for. When I asked about when trucks come, they can’t tell me, and when I ask about obtaining my favorite things, they tell me to drive to the Bryant Irvin store. I’m exhausted, I may switch liquor stores!

Best selection of beer, wine, spirits, cigars, and special items.
As a valued customer of this location, I wanted to make a shout out to Sophia. I had an issue with Door Dash (no affiliation with Specs). I had a mishap on a delivery, and she and her other associates, more importantly, her. went out of her way to make sure that I was taken care of. This is important because customer service has lost its drive. But she was a reminder on why I do business with Specs. THANK YOU, Sophia! I appreciate your going above and beyond for me, and I am certain all of your customers.

This use to be my favorite specs. Recently went in and found out the store manager Brandon is gone. This broke my heart. I tried getting help from the new manager but she seemed to not want to help me. she just had a bad attitude. i always loved going in and having Brandon help me. he was such a sweet man and a great manager. so sad to see him gone. definitely will try other stores now.
