Our daughter only went for 2 days. We were excited as we have heard great things. She is not able to go anymore. Since she was enrolled she was hospitalized twice, and is now unable to go to daycare. No fault of stepping stone. However, after paying for the month and fees for enrollment, we are getting a very minimal credit. We are talking for hundreds of dollars for just 2 days of care. You would think that a place that prides themselves on having good values wouldn't take a family to the cleaners due to an unforseen circumstance.

An excellent daycare. Multiple updates throughout the day, and a very informative report at the end of the day. Lots of great activities for the kids to do. And a very caring, attentive and considerate staff.

My son had a great time at Stepping Stone School. He learned a lot. We appreciate the staff especially Ms. Nikki, the pre-k teacher.

Love love love this school! I have two kids that attend and I wouldn’t want them anywhere else! The teachers are so welcoming and have done such a great job with my babies and the Directors are just as welcoming as the teachers! I love that I get a run down of their day every single day with the daily report and pictures! Definitely recommend sending your child here!

Absolutely love this school! I enrolled my two year old daughter here and I have seen tremendous improvement. She actually loves to go to “school” now, rather than fighting me during drop off. The staff is amazing and I love seeing the bonds that the staff builds with each child. ❤️

Highly recommend this daycare! My children have been to stepping stone since the age of one. Both of them are happy there. The teachers are nurturing and they have fun and learn a lot too.

Both of my children attended this stepping stone location. The teachers really love what they do, and it shows in the education of the children. The kids participate in great educational activities under the supervision of a caring and stable staff (the other preschools we used had to install a revolving door for their staff).

Worst experience with this school. My son attended there for a couple of months and need to quit the program for his personal reason. When I asked them for refunds, it took 3 month. The problem is that even though my son attended for 2 week out of 4 week, they deducted almost 85% and only refunded 15% without providing any refund rate and itemization of deduction. I was totally pissed off and complained but they are not polite and even not responsible for the process. They always emphasized that refunds are operated by main office not there even though my son attended there (this branch office). I recommend that DO NOT ATTEND THIS SCHOOL.

Our son has been going here for over a year now. He began when he was about 20 months old and is now 2.5 years old. He has thrived since we enrolled him! We love the staff here! They are very friendly and their mission in life is to make sure cleverly single Child gets the best education possible while making it fun regardless of age! It is like a big family!!! Marcia(school principal) is such a sweet woman!!! She is always willing to take time out of her busy schedule to talk to the parents; good bad, indifferent. She offers help suggestions and advice when she can and also accepts the same! Very open minded woman. She has been at the university Oaks location for 13-14 years now I believe- she is so very kind to all of her staff and children! Another really neat thing that I tho know awesome is she has a little lending library that you can checkout books on behavioral health and just kids in general. As of her staff(the teachers) they are all amazing!!! Annelise(organic gardeners) is my sons current Teacher; she is so creative with the kiddos and really knows how to wrangle up 2-3 years olds- it's amazing! Our son has come sooo far just on the last 3 months of being in her class. She just has a special knack for it. She always tells me about the coolest sensory bins she does for the kiddos. All the teachers here are just loving and caring! What I love about this school over others is the curriculum, they teach Spanish and American Sign Language along with English ofcourse. They do art projects with them, Tuesday's they have a Music Class, during summer they have "splash day" each week which is really awesome and gives a unique twist on learning as well! A big thing that made us enroll our son here, aside from the great educational experience is that they make their lunches fresh daily and do a family style lunch which is great for the kids! It helps them experience and try new foods--- that they wouldn't otherwise try at home(which we've struggled with)

Stepping stone school on university has the most amazing curriculum and provides educational opportunities that engage and challenge little developing minds! The teachers are so welcoming and joyful. The administrators are always helpful and strive to make parents feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone looking for a superior education and a loving environment for their child.

We love this school! Our baby started here at 13 months, and has grown up learning so much there! The teachers are so warm and loving, and are always cuddling and hugging the kiddos! They truly seem to love their jobs!

Avoid taking your child here at all costs. This daycare isn't safe until Marcia is gone. I've waited quite a bit to write this review to give an honest and truthful opinion of this daycare. I have reported many issues to licensing but before doing that I contacted Stepping stone (Headquarters) directly and sadly no changes were made besides the day licensing payed a visit. Aside from breaking many licensing issues such as unsanitary diaper changes and failure to write incident reports the facility has mold and continues to get water in many of the classrooms every time it rains hard. While many teachers here are passionate and patient with children their Director Marcia Is not, not only does the Director of this preschool yell at the children but at the teachers as well... If you want your child in a safe, healthy and nurturing environment go elsewhere!

As a first time parent, it has been super comforting to have my son at this school. He is loved and valued and welcomed every day. Barbara is amazing! Especially for working moms with new babies she answers our questions patiently and with understanding. My son Brooks knows when we get in the car where we are going and gets excited to play!
