Love the atmosphere, and really friendly service! However, there was a couple complaints. Although the bakery treats are incredible, the coffee was extremely lacking. If you’re looking for just an atmospheric place, or a place for a few sweet treats, this is perfect. But if you want a good cup of coffee, that’s made with quality and care, this isn’t the place. Not only did I feel that the coffee was of a lower, possibly robusta grade, but it wasn’t prepared correctly. And the techniques for preparation weren’t that well executed. Milk was steamed way too long, had a cooked taste because it was past 60 to 65°C, and a cortado is meant to be an approximately one to one ratio of espresso to steam milk. But what I got was a small latte. Might have even been a medium. I hate to say it, but Starbucks is better.

After much research I've made Sweets my go to for both variety and consistently good donuts and pastries. I kinda love that any time I drop in they're going to have their standard fair, but also some other interesting goodies.

This is my favorite coffee place in College Station! It's such a unique spot, the decor gives it a different but soothing atmosphere that is absent from other coffee shops in the area. It's a popular place, so if you want to find a spot to study you need to get in early. Their coffee and treats are delicious to snack on while you're studying or hanging out with friends. My coffee of choice would be the Almond Joy, a lovely combination of coconut and chocolate with espresso. The Turkey Avocado Panini is also delicious, although I wish it was slightly bigger.

Atmosphere is fire-Good Job on ownersService is trash-they shouldn't expect tipsFood tastes alright, but, not ANYWHERE near worth the price they askThis worth $10+ to you? You're better off going to Chic-Fil-A, Los Cucos, HEB, or any surrounding place to get food for more bang for your buckMy reason for One-Starring is because they gave me my food and told me that they were out of sprouts - I told them that's okay, simply bring me some substitute that's equal to the price of these expensive sprouts, and we're fine, to be reasonable - She kept dancing around that and told me she doesn't think they're allowed to do that and then walked away with a, "sorry."So, I paid FULL PRICE for a meal that did not come with all the ingredients advertised and asked for, and this is what I get?Appalling.Missing sprouts and missing avocado.I asked for these specifically, and the cashier confirmed.Do you see them?I don't.This is the 2nd time this has happened to me & my friends.Only reason I came back to try the food was because I thought this was an employee-specific issue in the past with this gentleman that is no longer there who ripped me off like this the 1st time. But, no, seeing as how the people working there are brand new, this is an establishment-specific issue.I see now coffee is all they're good for, for the time being. Until the Managers crack down on the employees being rude and lack of hospitality there, then the food will always be below the surrounding competitors.Chicken breast slices, not even a whole breast, some tomatoes, and some sauce............ $10 bucks?Out of your mind.

The store atmosphere is great, it's pretty chill, although the music is rather loud, and adds to the noise during peak hours, making group work hard to do. Appears to me that the employees take turns on the aux when the owner(s) aren't there.Baristas can't stick to the recipes. On several occasions, I've ordered the exact same coffee drink, and get a different taste every time. Sometimes crunchy sweet on the bottom, sometimes not hardly any flavor at all. No offense, but you're better off with a canned soda drink they sell or espresso. It's what I get when I visit. I gave up on their consistency.Another plus, the baked goods are delicious! And when you're done, meaty cockroaches scurry around, ready to gobble up the niblets you leave behind. I've managed iHops with felons and they take better care of their work environment. One last thing, they now pass out 2-hour "wifi tickets". It's obviously a business ran by underpaid college students (they have fresh staff every 6 months or so), and the owner(s) have become stingy, and obviously more focused on profit over the people they serve, tainting what it means to be "Aggie Owned!"Parking: Parking is out front, and a few spots on the side. Get there when it's slow because it's hard to find parking during peak hours (during the semester in the early evening and lunchtime.) You're greeted with a "PARKING IS FOR SWEET EUGENE'S CUSTOMERS - NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED" sign the moment you reach the door. How welcoming.
