WATCH THEM UNBOX THE PHONE YOU BUY!! I upgraded to a NEW iPhone 13 pro max and when I got it back after the data transfer I noticed that the screen was scratched. The manager of the store Mr Vance wanted me to pay $30 for a screen replacement and he’d throw in a screen protector. It took the account owner calling the store for them to say I could come back and exchange my phone for a different color. THEN they wanted me to pay a $70 “restocking fee” before one of the managers waived it. I couldn’t even get gold like i wanted because they were out. They must have been waiting on some sucker to take home the last gold one (scratched) before they ordered more. Do better.

I hate writing reviews. But this has turned into a nightmare. I went in Friday to upgrade my phone. Everything went fine until UPS tried to deliver on Tuesday. T-Mobile failed to mention that UPS requires signature upon delivery and after 2 attempts, it would be returned to sender. I work during the day and am unable to be home. I called UPS which told me to call this store to see if the delivery option could be changed. I spoke to Chris, apparently the manager, and he was so incredibly rude. I have no idea how you can work in customer service and be so ignorant. Seriously the worst experience with a phone service I have ever had.UPDATE: T- Mobile on HWY 6 got everything situated for me. They are awesome over there! Do NOT go to the Texas Ave location

We informed the sales representative that we wanted to purchase the 128GB iPhone 15 right at the beginning of the conversation. Despite waiting in the store for over an hour, we were only informed later that they didn't have it in stock. It would have been preferable if they had disclosed this information upfront.I suggest visiting the T-Mobile branch on Hwy 6 in College Station for faster service. En route to that store, we called ahead to share our previous experience. Our visit to this store only took 10 minutes.

Their management is one of the worst I have experienced across T-Mobile stores. After having to wait for nearly 2 hours, the manager comes and says the service I was waiting for cannot be provided and needs to be done online. They go against their own wordings - such pathetic and careless attitude.

Went to the T-Mobile store on Lincoln avenue in College Station texas. My son's old iPhone was acting up. Gave us great trade-in value. Bought him a new phone. Great price. Excellent customer service. Stone was our salesman. Very knowledgeable. Very friendly. Would go back to this store again and again!
