Customer service was garbage. Guys in the store are nice. But T-mobile customer service caused issues with credit. No one was able to help me out. It was back and forth like pulling teeth to get it paid off

Sierra, Garrett and the gang were super helpful and efficient. The entire team worked together to provide a smooth transition from our previous provider. They thoroughly explained the offers and recommended cost saving options. I highly recommend working with anyone on the team.P.S. Garrett, get some stools for those poor guys :)

Contrary to the previous review, myself and my husband had an amazing experience with Manager Garret, Rafael & Gia! We were there for many hours and saw nothing but kindness, patience and respect. So appreciate this type of service! Thank y’all so much!

Be very careful if the manager is working here he is prejudiced against Mexican people after bringing a friend that doesn’t speak the best of English to T-Mobile. He was thinking about switching from cricket he was not able to strike a deal so we went over to Verizon. Two of his employees were waiting in the car and they had just gotten off work. The manager then said that the there had been a bunch of attempted burglary’s at that location so he profiled my buddies workers because they were brown. I would not do any business at this location or with T-Mobile.

My phone number was breached.. I have been trying to resolve this issue since Jan 10 2023 .. I have been told day after day.. 24 hrs .. then go to nearest.. T-Mobile store., and they can help.. well I walked (and I know now there are actual T-Mobile stores and then there are corporate stores) .. I'm going on .. 7 days now!! Walked into the nearest store today.. Not one friendly greeting from either of the 2 employees who were lounging around.. I suppose they noticed the T-Mobile bag in my hand that I was walking in with.. I the customer had to to engage with the employee .. Hello .. How are you.. etc.. I briefly tried to explain why I was there .. the other employee .. lounging.. immediately interrupted the conversation stating we just a third party.. as the employee standing in front of me .. laughed and said.. yea we just sale and connect stuff.. and then proceeded to tell me that the reason customer service told me to come there is because they just want people off the phone ..

I did not do business with this specific location. I did business with the Villa Maria location but feel it necessary to warn others about this awful company.I have had the worst customer service experience with this company and this location specifically. The manager Allison is inept and has consistently lied to my family and to her upper management to avoid consequence of her actions. Allison promised my family $3000+ in promotions to manipulate us into leaving AT&T. We have since received NONE of these promotions. Upper management is involved and has told us Allison told them we just misunderstood her when she is ON CAMERA telling our family we will received these promotions and is also on camera multiple times trying to get corporate to give us the promotions she falsely promised us. My family is now out thousands of dollars and countless hours due to Allisons lies that we will never get back. If I can give you any advice it is to not do business with any T-Mobile especially one related to connectivity source.

Goodbye Verizon, Hello T-mobile.I made the switch this morning and it was absolutely the easiest transition ever..Sierra had the complete process completed in less than 30 minutes.And NO glitches of any kind.Same phone, same number and no data lost.Plus, I am now saving $35 a month.Thank you Sierra for making this painless. ???

Great employees, great fast friendly help. Can't say one negative word of any one. Top service. But when I get home, phone doesn't work. Tells me I have to be online to make a phone call. Can't pay my bills, no internet. So what am I paying for? Hope I never have emergency, as this phone might be the death of me at home. In public, seems to work fine in city settings. And I rarely leave home.

Came here to get two new lines, new numbers, and new phones (iPhone 13s). Really expecting the process to be really drawn out, complicated, and pricey.It wasn’t in the slightest.This was my first time getting my own cellphone service, and Jon and Sierra were amazing. Extremely nice and helpful. Sierra even left and went to another store in town to get the iPhones in the colors that we wanted. They knocked the price down a ton and got me a discount. The transfer of our old phones to our new ones took like 30 mins tops (and I had over 1,000 pics and a ton of apps).Anyway, these might seem like basic services to expect from a cellphone provider… but I was genuinely really nervous and really felt like they went out of their way for us.I strongly recommend this store.

Went there to transfer my 2 phones from AT&T, Jessica did a great, professional job; got my account transferred, kept my phone numbers, and had me on my way in less than an hour
