Had the sweetest encounter with one of the employees today. It started pouring rain while I was shopping, when I finished I was waiting outside with my little one in a stroller hoping for it to let up. The loveliest lady (I didn't catch her name) came out with her umbrella, and walked us to our car. I am so grateful for her act of kindness!

I've gotten my hair done twice here in the last 6 weeks by the same girl.
I've been pretty disappointed. She is slow at work, inattentive, and today her salon station was covered in 3 half empty water bottles which stayed there the entire 3 hour appointment.
Would love to follow up on this.

I ordered curbside they came out within five minutes asked for my ID and I showed it. Then received an email showing I picked it up. Such a nice young lady very friendly!!

Went to get a foundation sample the other week from Estée Lauder. It was the wrong shade, so I went today and I guess it was the supervisor, middle aged white woman, was trying to gaslight me as if I didn’t get it there. She was talking to me as if I was delusional/dumb and kept saying it’s Sephora that I’m thinking about. She persisted that I’m wrong about getting a sample here. The original girl that was helping me was very sweet though.

5/5 stars for Cathy. She does me justice every time for my hair trim. Shes very knowledgeable on products that I need for my scalp and hair health. Loving my hair growth journey and Cathy guiding me toward hair goals. The store is clean, organized, and staff are friendly especially since I bring my toddler who likes to touch everything. Gracious staff

Went in to get a coloring service and was told it would be 70-100$ for 1 hour and a half OTP so I schedule it. I get there and she adds on a gloss which was NEVER discussed on the phone or communicated at all in person which ends up making the price twice as much for 230$ and it takes 4 hours!!!! The stylist did not ask me if I wanted a gloss and just threw it onto the bill. After washing my hair once the color has already faded a little on the top. Do NOT go to this salon whatever you do! The stylists are scammers.

Alexandra was such a sweet and wonderful sales clerk! I told her that I didn't know much at all about makeup and that I needed help. She was so kind as to follow me around the store, explain all the basic makeup products, and help me pick out makeup that worked perfectly to bring out my natural beuty. I had such a wonderful experience and felt so cared for. I would recommend anyone to ask Alexandra for help when they are in the store!

I love getting my hair cut at Ulta and have been going for a couple years now. I’ve even converted my boyfriend to getting salon cuts there. We had the BEST experience with DeeDee and would highly recommend her!
My boyfriend is cautious about getting his hair butchered. After booking with DeeDee, he said it’s the best cut he’s ever had. She worked amazingly from reference photos to give us exactly what we wanted. She was so patient and detail-oriented while cutting our hair. She even gave me excellent product recommendations for hair care and styling my new cut. So sweet and helpful!

No one offered to assist me. Circled around the store several times searching for a product, while a lady offered customer service to every white woman in my peripheral but me. Yet, she was in every dept. I was in.
