Just ran in today and the guy at the counter was extremely kind and helpful. He even recommended I do something different than my original plan to make it a little cheaper. My best postal experience to date!

Google needs to add the lunch closure to the hours. I checked before driving over there and saw that it closed at 4:00 pm. When I arrived, it was closed with a handwritten notice that the office is closed from 11:30 - 12:30 for lunch.
Wasted my time!
