BEWARE!!!
I have been a box renter here for years. In the past month I have had two packages delivered to the store from Amazon delivery (not UPS) and had the packages stolen from the store. The first was delivered and it magically disappeared. Mind you this is an 8ft by 2ft package, it didn't fall behind the counter. Amazon was kind enough to ship me another. Same issue with the replacement, it was delivered and then magically disappeared. From the attached photo you can see it was clearly delivered and a big package.
The store offers no help to resolve the issue despite Amazon delivery supplying pictures of the item at the location. This isn't a shipping issue, it is a theft issue at this store and the owners/manager don't care, they don't respond.
At this point I need to contact the police. I don't know what else to do.
All we can do as consumers is to no longer do business here.
For Amazon returns take them to Kohls.

Trying to get me to pay for a box when there’s no need for a box and UPS does it for you.

I was shipping a broken phone back to AT&T through this store months later they told me the box was delivered but empty… when I spoke with the members in the store they told me I didn’t send any packages that week when I looked up my phone number. Most likely stole the contents inside the package and never recorded the package being shipped. Nothing was ever done to correct their “mistake”. If you are shipping anything valuable I would recommend this location.

Used this location as a notary for an application to receive our marriage certificate from out-of-state. We made an appointment and showed up earlier respectfully. Anyway, my husband and I had to be there for 1.5 hour, just for one or two signatures to mail the application. She would help other customers. However, she would be with us for a second and then leave us so many times that a quick moment became over an hour's wait. Why have scheduled appointments then?? Update on the application: It was denied by the county clerk because she didn't write down the full date on the official document and left it as 2025...So we have to go through the whole process all over again, and this takes weeks. This could have taken us less than 5 minutes, yet you wasted our day and messed up the entire process. This place is understaffed.

I appreciate the professional, knowledgeable and friendly manner that everyone has at The UPS Store.

I had to print a poster for a presentation. I came in at around 845, and they had it printed by around 930. This place worked well with me, and I am very thankful.

The sending process was excellent as the customer service personnel were polite and quick. The package also arrived earlier than expected. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

It appears this location is not new to my particular situation.
I dropped off a package on Sept 30th (a time sensitive return). I was given a receipt and went on about my week. When I hadn’t heard from the company to which I was returning product, I decided to contact the Company to verify the location of my package. It had never arrived. The company also informed me that the tracking information I provided did not match the tracking information on the label that was emailed to me (which i was charged to print out at the UPS store). I returned to the UPS store location in person to start backtracking my package, to find that the tracking number they provided was delivered to somewhere in California 10 DAYS PRIOR to the day I dropped off my package. The UPS store claimed to be unable to figure out where my package ended up, and on my third visit (15 days after I dropped my package off, and 9 days after my deadline) a nice lady said she would investigate cameras and the info to figure out what happened.
I never heard from them.
I ultimately was able to get in contact with the company to whom it appeared my package was delivered, and through much back and forth with them over several days was able to find my package. The company sent it back to me overnight (thank you Revolve for being so amazing) so that I could get my return to it’s proper destination. It appears the UPS store on Texas Ave printed the wrong label and affixed an old used one to my package and cost me my deadline. No accountability, still haven’t heard back from them on any progress finding my package. I handled it myself. This whole scenario is unacceptable and apparently, according to the reviews, is a common occurrence at this location. Thank God I kept the receipt. I would never have found my package and these people couldn’t find their nose if it was attached to their smiling faces.
Don’t get me wrong, they were all very polite and eager to help, but nothing gets done and the incompetence is overwhelming.
This is not my first issue with this particular UPS store either. A similar incident occurred three years ago when I returned a defective phone to AT&T after they replaced mine. Three months later I was being charged for the defective phone I returned because AT&T never received it. I was also forced then to do my own digging and wasting hours of my valuable time tracking down my package, to find it was sitting in UPS warehouse and never got sent. UPS offered no help aside from a phone number because apparently the front/store can accept your property, they just cannot be expected to be responsible for it.
I have used this store a total of 3 times in three years, and on only one of those times was my package delivered without incident. 33% is a crappy average folks. Do not use this store, use the one by Kroger in College Station. They appear to have a much better understanding of the job at that location.

Exceptional service. Went to get a document notarized, and store employee really helped me put to get it sorted correctly. Then to package it he helped me pick out the cheapest option, going as far as choosing an appropriately sized box for what was being sent. Truly a great experience.

This place will steal your $800 medication before the truck picks it up, then when you ask for video of the path your medication took while in their possession they will stone wall you.

Wow, this place is really poorly managed! They refused to take any ownership or action on delayed item or process a refund in the store. Had to walk-in three times to ask about the shipment, waiting in line with no resolution. They said they would call me about it, never did. I should have just gone to the post office and mailed instead. Frustrating.
