Just moved to College Station from NYC and I needed to ship something urgently. The service was quick and excellent! I was greeted with a smile by Pablo.
Then I realized I made a mistake, I came back hours later and I could change and fix my recipient address at no cost (new label). In particular Pablo took extra care in helping me and was always welcoming and smiling. I prefer UPS over FedEx, but these guys were really on another level. Thank you Pablo.

Usually I have no problems dropping off packages at this location and my interactions have always been cordial.
Today for the first time I needed a printing service. After being ignored for 6 mins by three employees, I was finally asked "you ready?"
Then I stood at the counter for an additional 10 + mins with a very unhelpful employee.
I finally walked away without the service I needed

PROSUPS is this county's #1 Ground shipper of anything from 37" round tubes to 84" exercise equipment to little things. Many times they beat Priority Mail in 1/2 the time, even though Saturday is off the delivery table. I dropped off 3 packages to return. Later when I arrived home, I realized I had forgotten to put one of the items in the package. I returned to the store but the packages had all been placed in the back. Vince went and searched for the packages and gave them back to me so that I could take them home and put the item in. Vince was so pleasant, never got iritated, and returned the packages to me. It was extremely busy also. I was impressed with his cheerfulness and how helpful he was. All the employees were working very hard and had great attitudes

Busy but one guy was amazing. Long line, training new staff, he opened a second computer to do the quick drop offs while also working the customers that had more going on. He was amazing! He did more than the other three combined.
