The worst customer service used. If all my advertisement agencies and documents weren't linked to my existing number for so long I'd leave. No one can give you direct answers. No one knows anything. You will be transferred multiple times. They will call you crazy and rude for being frustrated after being transferred 10 times.

I have been a Verizon business customer with 40+ lines of service for over 20+ years. I have never met a more unprofessional store manager that absolutely refused to help. I am very aware after 20+ years as a business customer of what account authorization and verifications I need to provide. I asked to provide these verifications and was immediately ignored by the manager and said "we don't know you". I understand you don't, that is why there are account level verificaitons that I can authorize so that you DO KNOW that I am authorized to do what I need to do! Simple as that! After leaving the store. I called customer service and they confirmed that I was trying to provide the correct level of verification and access code. I called my business rep, they too confirmed that policy had not changed and I am authorized to do what I should have been able to EASILY do in this store. This managemer simply did not want to help!!

As a college student, I went in for a simple upgrade and received fairly impatient service. Asked some simple questions about transferring data from phone to phone and was asked why I didn't "look things up". I would recommend a different store in the college station area

I had broken a camera lens on my Iphone 13 promax. I asked the business manager about lens protectors. and he went and got some. He couldn't get them on the phone so he told his girl to do it. She told him these were the wrong ones, they are too big, but he insisted they were the right ones. When I got home all the lens covers had fallen off, and looking at the paperwork they are for an iphone 14 not 13. These folks are lucky to have a job!

Came here to this location for the first time with my family and we had a great experience. My wife and kids all took advantage of one of their promos. They traded in their Galaxy20 and got the Galaxy23 practically for free. Sales, Kevin (young kid with glasses) was super friendly, patient, and informational. We were there for over 2.5hrs buying the phones and transferring all their info over. They closed at 7pm, but Kevin stayed to complete his awesome services until we were done which was close to 8pm. If anyone wanna stop by and feel comfortable with all your questions and/or concerns, ask for Kevin. The parking lot is decent size and located next to Smoothie King. All the staff are friendly, but Kevin was amazing. He is an asset to Verizon.

I ordered a tablet for pick up and got email that it was ready and i got there at 4:35 and it's closed, but there was someone in there but door was locked!! The security gates weren't all the way down!! There's no sign or anything on the door or anything saying they closed early.... Me and 3 others were there trying to get shit taken care of but it's kinda hard when they are closed early!!!!! This is ridiculous!!!!

Well, I stopped by another Verizon store that didn't have the phone that I needed. They advised me to try this factory store, but warned of the low reviews. So we arrive at this location and there is one customer service rep helping customers. So we wait, and wait, and wait. Meanwhile, two other customers walked out. Unfortunately, my phone battery had bloated and I needed a replacement quick! I just wanted to ask if they had one in stock! The wait was quite frustrating not knowing if they even had the phone. Finally, two employees walked back in from lunch. Thank God!!! Soon we were called up. I stated my issue and the employee stated that they had just received a shipment. Yahoo! So why a 4 star rating? The person who helped me. I could tell right away that Marcus was experienced and I knew right away that we would get this done. He was very friendly and accommodating as well. A real pro! Marcus really got me out of a bind and in the process raised his company's rating from me to a 4 from a 1. Good going Marcus!
