I signed up for Verizon Business Internet and from day one, it’s been a complete nightmare. One of their managers set up the account under the wrong name, so I couldn’t even log in or access my account for two full months. Every time I went to the store for help, they told me to call a phone number and said they couldn’t do anything. No one took responsibility.
On top of that, the internet speeds are terrible — both download and upload speeds are so bad I can barely use my work computer. This has seriously affected my ability to run my business.
Now they won’t allow a return because it’s past 30 days, even though I’ve been trying to resolve the issue since day one. If they had actually helped me when I first came in, this wouldn’t even be an issue.
Absolutely unacceptable. Terrible service, useless support, and a complete waste of money. Avoid this service at all costs.

I only go to this Verizon location when I need help or want to upgrade my devices. Reagan Catalino helped me with choosing new devices and actually helped me save money on my bill. I definitely recommend Reagan because he will take care of you!

Met Devany, on her very first day, and she did great through the whole process. Made it easy and time management was a priority. Lisa, the manager, helped with some direction on a couple general questions. Come see them both if you’d like to be taken care of!

Needed a new phone and went in at 7 and Collin took very good care of me. He gave me options, got me put on a better plan and I was out by 8:15. Even tho they close at 8, he was very patient making sure I got everything transferred over to my new phone.

Very frustrated when I go at 7 to get help with my broken phone and the door is locked and no one answering the door. The times on the door say open till 8 and it states 8 online as well. As we pulled in two employees were walking out and turned a person away. There were two cars in the parking lot obviously employees. However no one answered. If the store hours have changed then it needs to be updated on their website, and door.
