What a TEAM! My husband and I switched from AT&T to Verizon. We received exactly what we wanted and then some. Marshall was our first contact he helped us pick out phones, the right plan and switched our information from old phones to new ones.
Came back today just a few days later to drop-off our old phones and had our Verizon bill looked over. Jeremy took care of us today.
Both gentlemen were respectful, patient and made sure we were comfortable in our choices. They to excellent care of us and we do appreciate them both.

Unfortunately, one of the worst places I have visited. I have been a customer of Verizon since 2020, and yet the team inside the store, led by a manager named Mitchell, I can almost say that he is not even qualified to work as a cashier at a gas station.
My phone is under warranty,
I went to replace the phone or find any solution, all I saw was extreme rudeness without taking into account that I am a customer who pays their salaries, me and all Verizon client's.
After he threw the sim card on the table in my face with the utmost rudeness, as if the customer was the one working for him and not the other way around.
They made me wait for more than an hour and a half, then the employee came to me and said (The manager tells you that we could not complete your transaction today, come tomorrow morning. Now we want to close the store) .
I swear that I was shocked by this despicable way of dealing, and I am supposed to be dealing with a professional company, but they are far from professionalism.
I hope Verizon co. can train them what the customer means ?
No customers, No sales
No sales, No salaries guys.

The Verizon store on hwy 40 has the worst customer service ever. They very slow and not polite at all

Way too busy for the amount of employees that they had I understand that there will be better times to show up but when you know it will be busy don't make your customers wait 30+ min to drop off an item to get credit.

They are always fairly busy or slow. I had 8 people in line in front of me at 1:45 on a Wednesday and thought that this would be a good time to go but ended up waiting an hour and then the staff could not even answer my questions about a hot spot device.

This rude, aggressive employee knocked on our day to cold call us about internet - she rang and then hammered our door over and over. She then refused to leave and had to be told several times and even after that had an attitude about it. She was rude and obnoxious - and ensured, alongside with the fact no one picked up when I phoned the store - no one from our household will go with Verizon. Enjoy the nice picture.

Unless you just plan to go in and purchase a new device with a new account, this is not the place for you. They have zero knowledge on helping people set up new devices or troubleshoot devices on existing accounts. While I was having trouble, I overheard another customer having issues managing their account in the store. They didn’t even try to help but just told me to go to Best Buy, which I did. Good news was that the folks at geek squad were phenomenal and finally figured out what we needed to do!

My rep was amazing. Sunny Liu went above & beyond to get my phone fully functioning. Spent hours trying to get Samsung customer service to resolve the issue. Samsung told me I would be without my phone for 10 - 14 days. I've had the phone less than 6 months. Sunny was able to get things done in 2 days. Great Service, ask for Sunny when you arrive, trust me you won't be disappointed.
