My prescription for my eyes was received at 9am with a text from Walgreens Pharmacy,
It’s 6 pm and no texts other than in progress.
I just called and their computer voice told me they did not have it! Can’t. Talk talk to a live person🙃🤣😜

I have always loved this store until today when I used the in person pharmacy. The lady Holly was very rude and disrespectful slamming her fingers on the keyboard, talking nasty rude and throwing my prescriptions around showing it is a huge problem for her to type in a good RX. I waited two days as the pharmacy shut down until today because no one wanted to show up for work. This is disgusting, I had to leave without my prescription because she tried to double charge me for being inconvenient. She does not need to be working there, she has zero customer service and can not control her emotions that is all on her.

I would really give zero. I’m so sick of this store js shut it down. Go into this store. At the register a white boy before purchased something that required and Id. Cashier ask him for his ID. Cashier js glance into the man’s hand holding id. I purchase something that’s being required id ok fine. I was asked for my ID. And mines get scanned on the machine. But here I’m 41 and this college kid looks like a freshman. So I asked the cashier so how old was that guy. Cashier said he really didn’t know. So I ask so what was the purpose of you scanning mines and just glancing at his? Then I ask him do your just selling things to anyone of age. Manager which I know his big ass won’t. He needs to educate his workers on treating people equal before they find themselves with a lawsuit for discrimination. Because that’s exactly what that was. He doesn’t even know the guy age. But I’m sure he knows mines.

HORRIBLE PHARMACY STAFF! Any time I have a prescription that is meant to be filled only once it is automatically refilled, and I have to call and cancel it. They always say it's not set up for auto refill but it happens every single time. And, I always have to call two or three times to actually get it canceled, even though I speak to someone live on the phone. This location is closest to me, howver I will never shop or fill prescriptions here again.

Poor professionalism! Pharmacy DOES NOT communicate with people. I'm the one having to call you to find out what's going on. You told me one thing last week & now it's something different this week. Now I understand why your customer rating is so low.

I’ve been coming here forever as it’s a been in the area.However, my husband was buy a case beer, I was in my PJs, had switched purses and did not have my license.I find it highly offensive, and felt harassed that I did not have my license, because I was not buying anything that required Identification, nor was I driving. I do not drink. My husband was making the purchase not me. I had go outside so he can purchase. Ridiculous.Your associates were semi professional expect one that was making back ground noises from another cash register, she inserted herself by making annoyed noises and snarky remarks. She escalated the situation between my husband between the others.She was either light hispanic or white. Very unprofessional. Rude. And started to get aggressive towards my husband until I came back in. I hope to not see her again. She belongs at Walmart. Not Walgreens

Unfriendly staff. They just try to shoo you away when asked a question. They don’t even put the effort. Very disappointed.If you place an order online, you are on your own. They act as if the online Walgreens is not related to them and won’t provide any assistance
