I’ve used this pharmacy for 25 years. This is the first time I have ever looked at the reviews….soooo many 1 stars! I have noticed the service has gone down in the past few years. The pharmacy staff is abrupt and act like they’d rather be anywhere but doing that job. Every time I ask them to make sure I am getting the best price and if it was applied to insurance and to try Goodrx…they tell me that it’s already been applied but I ask them to check and lo and behold they check and apply the discount and it’s lower $! They act annoyed every single time and I just say…when you ring this up before I get here PLEASE make sure it’s the lowest price!! They glare and I drive off! Maybe it’s time for me to go elsewhere.

Attempted to call and check on a prescription. After 10 minutes the staff member would not even let me speak, then when I attempted to ask how much it would cost (because my Dr said insurance will sometimes not cover it) she tried to hang up on me! Not again. It doesn’t cost you anything to speak nicely and I have a choice on where I go.

This location is great! The store was clean and very organized and the employee was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend.

(pharmacy)Terrible service on the phone,I use to live very close to this location,currently live about 30min out,so i always call prior to making that drive,just to confirm it’s filled or in stock,be aware if your number and name is recognized on their caller ID,staff will purposely avoid your calls,”accidentally”send you to photo lab after waiting for 30 min on hold,or just keep you in the Q,with additional calls that are now ahead of you,today was a new one,I waited on hold for 45min on a wed at 2pm-3pm,a young man answered,he acted like he was going to assist me,but purposely hung up on me,mid sentence!!!Something has changed drastically in the last year,in the last 25yrs,i have never dealt with this kind of behavior with any Walgreens,let alone my family’s RP location.

Extremely convenient to pick up my prescriptions here. I have a monthly prescription. They send me a text to remind me it’s due. With one click, they fill the prescription. I love that the Walgreens locations is so close to me. Love my pharmacy!

Their website says they take my Ambetter insurance.
Arrived 15 min early per directions.
Checked in on the app as nobody at the desk.
Couple of other ppl showed up to same. Almost 10min AFTER appointment time I'm told they do not take my insurance.

Pharmacy staff is terrible. Rude and not helpful at all. I have a prescription and just changed insurance, I’ve been back and forth on the phone with insurance and pharmacy all day. When I called the pharmacy back trying to explain what my insurance told me she basically said she did not care, she was not interested in the information I was trying to give her. She rushed me off the phone without allowing me to explain everything to her. Being type 1 diabetic, there’s not an option to wait on medication. She clearly did not care at all. Don’t go to this pharmacy

I went today because I had an appointment for flu covid testing my appt was scheduled for 6pm. I got to the store at 545 pm nobody acknowledged me at the pharmacy and the front desk person pass a lot of people without acknowledging me for my appt. I approach and spoke to the lady at the drive thru she was very rude I told her that I have been sitting and waiting and she left me talking and turn her back on me and told me that I needed to check in with the cashier. Didn’t let me explain that I scan the QRC barcode and that I was already check in. Other people came in after me for flu vaccines and they were acknowledge and helped. The pharmacist was calling other people meanwhile I waited for 25 minutes and I came in before anybody that was there and I had an appointment. I was sick feeling terrible with headache and I left this place and went to outpatient clinic.I will never come back to this Walgreens and I do not recommend it to anyone the service was terrible and the person attending the drive thru was rude, the cashier didn’t know what she was doing and the pharmacist was not even helping the people that had appointments.

I don't recommend this pharmacy, poor customer service and rude cashiers. The manager acts like he owns the pharmacy the way he looks at customers and his tone is just not right.

Poor cashier customer service. I was waiting on the cashier (elderly lady) for about 2 min, while she had her back not paying attention. She finally turn around and it was obvious I was waiting to be helped. Another person had just walked to the register and said I was first. The cashier rudely said “no , she’s not” and proceeded to help the person that had just gotten there.
I’m not the person to ever complain, but her attitude really upset me. I decided not to purchase anything. She needs service classes to learn how to care for your customers.

Pharmacist administered the wrong vaccine, and then administered another vaccine in the incorrect place, leading to a significant reaction and a lot of pain. She also dropped a vial and wasn’t paying attention throughout, despite me repeatedly trying to confirm the vaccine she was administering. She shouldn’t have a job, and isn’t fit to practice. I will be seeking legal advice, but in the meantime, please avoid this pharmacist - she’s dangerous.
