No one will answer the phone when called for information. Tried for 15 minutes to get an employee and went through the automated process 4 times with no results!

I went through the drive-thru to make a deposit. Took quite a bit of time for a simple deposit, especially when I was the only customer. The speaker was messed up. I could hardly hear the guy.

Customer service was fantastic, Don was our banker and he was very helpful. Walked us through everything and just made us feel very comfortable. So glad to bank again with Wells Fargo .
